Amazing customer service, I was worried my dress would not come on time but it did

Hebos customer service is a joke. They only communicate via email and each time you email, you get a new person to deal with. They do NOT customize and make a dress for YOU. I received a dress that was 3 sizes bigger than we ordered, trying to return it is a NIGHTMARE. I have been offered 10%, 30% and 80% refunds when I have returned 100% of the dress and paid for shipping both ways. Please pause and read all of the other unsatisfied customer reviews before purchasing from Hebos. They will hold your money hostage and returns are a nightmare!

I had a very long wait to get this dress, but the service was very nice in helping me out.

Ordering was quick and easy on their website. We entered custom measurements. Dress was completed on time (shipping delay of 10 days but we ordered early). Fits beautifully and well made.

I ordered a dress from heroes last month that dress posted as new on the website. When I received the dress it's completely different from the dress that I ordered. Color isn't the same, I request no trail it come with trail and the design isn't the same as the picture. I was so mad then I contacted the customer service the name is Cheri. Sent me an email telling me the dress is the same color they not gonna give my money back. I sent picture of the dress like they asked and the original picture of the dress when I purchased it. After I emailed them I went back to look on the website they removed the original picture they have the same dress they sent me posted it as new on the website so it matches the dress that I ordered. Heboes is a scam not a good company to trust to order from.
I cannot believe what they did. Stay away from this website please.

PLEASE take this into consideration before ordering. The WORST dress I ever bought. I received my dress the zipper was broke, the dress didn't even have the hooks it's suppose to have to hook it. I emailed the pictures back to customer service and even said I would return the dress for the full refund and all ANNA did was say " we are so sorry we would like to offer you 10% off a new dress" I don't want a new dress when the one I ordered was messed up when I got it. I want a REFUND! Seriously would not do business with these people.

Ordered the dress with our measurements. Surprised how quickly it arrived. Perfection. Quality fabrics... looks so much more expensive than it was. Will order more dresses in the future. Very happy.

Good quality for bridesmaids but not for wedding dress

The dress does not fit correctly and will be needing a lot of work to get it to work and there is a chance it will not work. I paid almost $200 for it.

The dress is well made and the fabric plus color all match to the photo. It got here super quick which was awesome. I got custom made and it all fit me perfectly just the straps are a little too tight but can easily be fixed with extensions. Overall its a great dress!

They responded quickly on multiple platforms and helped me get my dress in time for prom! Awesome experience

I am not satisfied with my purchase. Size is all wrong and it took over a week longer to than they said it would. The bridal party was looking to purchase from this site and I bought one first to see how accurate it was so the other girls can judge the size off of what I ordered. Well it wasn't the right size. I asked to return and it took way too long for them to respond that now they're saying they'll only give me 15% of what I paid which was $125 and asked me to just keep it for the future. How can I keep something that doesn't fit? I'm well within my window for return and this is what you get if you return.

I absolutely love this website! I ordered a dress for my senior prom and the dress was absolutely AMAZING! I most definitely will be ordering from here again. Shipping was on time and I had no problems with ordering nor with the dress. 10/10.

My swatches took over a month to come, but the dress was delivered on time.
