It was super convenient to be able to customize the size of the dress according to my measurements and the end results were absolutely perfect.

Received my daughters prom dress however the fit is not right and material quality is terrible
I have contacted customer service and am having terrible difficulty in returning the item
I have been told to "find a Taylor" to adjust fit and offered 15% discount
Although clearly stated in returns policy that they will refund!
I will continue to fight for refund

I am SHOCKED at all the positive reviews! I DO NOT recommend getting ANYTHING from this company! My dress and jacket came wrinkled. Stuffed in a little bag. It was cheaply made and did NOT look as pictured! The dress was far from "true to size" and the "customer service"? I contacted the and explained that I was a mama wanting to look great for my only sons wedding…and That I was disappointed. Hebeos requested pictures, which I sent…their response? Refund of 15% and get a seamstress to fix it! I expressed my disapproval and they said…sorry 35% is the best they would do! TERRIBLE! So upset!

The dress looks nothing like it does in the photo on their website. Even with the different coloured manikin, they shouldn't be posting a photo that alters the real look of the dress that much. The sequins are nothing alike, the colour is different, and there's hardly any fabric on the top of the dress. When asked for a refund, they refused. They said I could only get a shipping refund. I told them to ship it anyways, however it's nothing like the dress I wanted. Very disappointed. Their refund policy is very strict especially so many hours after purchasing the dress, however they don't answer emails for 3-4 days at a time! Absolutely terrible customer service and dress quality.

I ordered the same dress twice. One in a preset size but I chose a size that was far too large. But I loved the dress so much that I ordered it again in a custom size. It fit beautifully. Also I'd like to comment on the built in bra. I'm DDD so I almost always am wary of any built in bra being able to properly support my chest. After trying on this dress, I'm seriously considering just going bra less and using some fashion tape! I was dreading trying to find a backless bra that would work for me so I am so excited about this

The dress was so much nicer than I anticipated. The fabric was very nice and the dress is well made.

I bought a dress och took US12 following the measures. The dress is too pig comparing to the measures. I sent a mail that i want to get the retur adress. They till me that they will charge med 30% of the dress price! If I make return.

They need to put kids sizes for kids dresses.
I have to return the dress.

The yellow color is very vibrant and the fit is true to size. Pretty dress

While the dresses overall were decent. They were made as described and could be a cheaper option for some people. They do not consider size issues as a reason for return (I did not order a custom size either). They have refused to accept the return of two dresses that do not fit me. The return policy does not state this but I have been arguing with them for over a week now. They have claimed that they have the right to refuse any return for any reason. If you decide to order from this site, just make sure you for sure want to keep the dress before you order it because once you have it, it's yours for good.

The pictures made this dress look of higher quality. This cut is also miss proportioned what woman is 11' tall with a waist smaller than 32". The arms and breast are are teeny tiny as well. Oh and lastly the cup liners are so cheap they look ridiculous.

I was so scared to do the shopping and the wait but my dress finally arrived I loved it, only that it was big but I will have it adjusted, I am so happy I recommend this page

The dress does not fit as pictured but it is well made.

It would've been easier to make changes to my order if I could speak to a live agent. Also, the colors look different online then what was delivered.

Definitely great quality, I absolutely can't wait to wear it for my wedding
