The dress I received was nowhere close to what was ordered. It is a blush color ordered and I received brown- with silver, flashy sequins. I did not order a custom size, and they refused to replace it, instead gave me a 25% refund. So I'm out $137.00 and I have dress I can't even sell because it is so cheaply made. I'm greatly disappointed.
The picture on their site showed a chest and arm pattern that you could see through in between the other design. It was kind of like a spider web pattern.
The one they sent, you could not see through at all. It was covered in sequins! It had all kinds of lace and jewels on it. It was hideous. It had this hard boning in the mid section of it, felt like wearing a tank.
I would NEVER order from them again. They refused to refund me the $128.00 I paid for the dress.
Their reason: "Imperfections are expected!" It wasn't even the same dress!
So this is my second review on how bad this company is. My wife bought a dress 2-3 months ago and it did not fit well. She bought a standard size 6 and she wanted to return it. So I argued with their customer service for a month and they kept saying the same thing about no returns. Well finally after posting a bad a review they agreed to give us our money back as long as we shipped the dress back. I went to UPS, USPS, and Fedex and all three to ship it back to CHINA were more money then the dress is worth. So I let them know and they are refusing to pay for shipping. This is unacceptable. They said they would refund us and they are not willing now. They need to be held accountable for what they say in emails and their policies. This is why I am writing this review. So if I were you I would never buy anything from this company ever again and recommend never buying from this company to anyone.

The Hebeos website was easy to navigate, however customer service was slightly lacking and due to my product completely from China, it took about 3 weeks to arrive.
The dress i ordered online was AMAZING. It is just as beautiful as it looks in the advertised photo. The shipping took a bit but once i emailed they were on it and my packaged was delivered within 2 days. My experience was pretty great from this company. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the dress itself. Thank You! For making my wedding dress one for the books!
I've bought 2 dresses and they are NOTHING like the picture. NOTHING! And they monitor reviews allowing only positive ones which i doubt are genuine. I'm in the process of "trying" to get a refund - they are not helpful and are trying to ghost me. First of all offering a 10% discount and the latest a 50% refund telling me to sell the dresses. I couldnt give these dresses away. Its embarrassing!
I contacted hebeos for my wedding dress, after a lot of reviews I decided to order, I sized it according to the chart on their site and when the dress arrived it was NOTHING like the picture. The bottom was a plastic material and the dress alone was two sizes too big not to mention the color was wrong. I contacted them same day and the response was horrible. They wanted first to refuse the refund, then I sited the policy and they wanted to refund me 30% so that I could find a tailor! A tailor would not save this dress and %30 would not cover part of that cost to size it. We went back and forth as they purposely try to draw me closer to the return limit. In short, save your money go with another site or one that is buyer protected. If this is your wedding they will try to take advantage of your time and force you to pay for alterations.
Communication could be a little better. I wasn't provided a link to their website to view my order, so it was a little hard to find out where my dress was in the process. The shipping link also came via email a couple of days before I actually got the package. Not very helpful.
Tracking was horrible. One of the dresses looked cheap.
I have been going back and forth with this seller about an order that I received and was sent the incorrect color. The seller has not responded to any of my request to return the dress! This is unacceptable and my item is still within the 14 days of receiving it as stated in the return policy! THIS IS A BRIDESMAIDS DRESS THAT WAS PURCHASED AND THEY GOT THE COLOR WRONG EVEN AFTER THE BRIDE TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIMES WHAT COLOR DRESS IS NEEDED. THESE ARE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH! NEVER WILL I EVER IN MY LIFE PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!

I loved everything but the dresses were too big and missing where the lace goes in. But i loved the customer service y'all bring to us.
I ordered a white underskirt, in my size, and I recieved a black one that would fit a toddler. After 5 days of trying to return the item and get what I ordered, they offered me 15% refund. Like, excuse me?
I argued some more and they offered 30% refund. Again, not good enough. Be careful with these guys. They'll screw you or if they mess up your order. I am beyond choked. It was for my wedding and now I have to scramble to find an underskirt elsewhere.
Even though me and my mum did the customization the dress was still to big for me.
It's being altered now for my wedding, and I'm hoping it fits when I pick it up!
My weddings two weeks away and I'm out of time to find another dress.
The detailing on the dress is wonderful and the quality of the fabric is worth the price. Overall it's a steal buying dresses from here.
