Shoes were despatched 26/7 & received 9/8. Well worth the wait!

Do not buy a dress from this website. The sizes are not correct and they will not return your money if it doesn't fit. They will email you and tell you to get it altered. The material is cheap and scratchy. I emailed them the day I got my dress and told them it doesn't fit and they email me once a day and tell me they're basically not giving my money back. Also the return policy does not say they will not do returns if it doesn't fit.

I have tried for 1 week straight to return an item and have been harrassed and put off every day! You have to request a return form and get the address to send it to - but THEY WON'T GIVE IT OUT! Literally being told I have to take pictures of myself in a too-small item and send them! I refuse to do so and they will not give me a phone number or address to contact! Also, very limited time to return something which I have been within but with their proscrastination and delay it's now getting close! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - BE SURE you want it if you buy it!

I recently purchased a dress and purchased it as the same colour as shown in the picture. When it came there was a huge difference from the picture so I kindly asked them for a refund. The reply I got was so rude and non empathetic. They said they can't refund it because they said it was the same colour even though the pictures I provided show that there is a huge difference in colour. As you can see by the pictures the photo from white fox boutique has been copied and they claim to be using the same material but they are lying and will not offer you a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM.

Some off the beads were falling off but over all was good

It was just like picture everything fit perfect I just have to get the middle altered it was a little big but the dress was beautiful like the picture

If you don't like your dress you really have no options but to keep it. I think it is better to shop local or with a place where they actually let you return it.

My dress, while it was beautiful, just didn't work for me for a number of reasons and I didn't love it enough to spend the same amount of money I paid for the dress or more on alterations.

I can't believe I have a $150 plus $28 shipping, a dress I can't even use because it doesn't look like the dress online that I ordered. It fits size wise but the bra area is all jacked up and the lace around the top is ratty looking. They rave about their customer service and refund policy but it's a scam and false advertising in my book, don't by from them. They offered me a 10% refund, what a joke! I see other people leaving good reviews but for me it hasn't been a pleasant experience. I'm going to make sure that anyone else I know getting married or needing a bridesmaid dress takes their business elsewhere.

This place is horrible that will take your money the day I received my dress and tried it on it's like 4 sizes to small and I ordered it 2 sizes bigger than I wear they wanna charge a 30% restocking fee then said they will give me 50% back of the price don't do it these $#*!es don't care about their customer satisfaction

I have not been able to return two dresses that came in the wrong color
Look at color chart below, I ordered the bottom pink and it came in peach
I will never use them again

The dress is great quality and looks exactly like the picture but the sleeves are not as tight fitting

This company is a nightmare! I ordered a wedding dress and it didn't look like the picture. They keep offering proposals instead of letting me send the item back for a full refund. I've even agreed to 50% back and they still haven't refunded my money I have been emailing them for days every week for about 3 weeks and this matter is still not resolved. The dress fits Terrible! Squeezing you in all the wrong places and very loose where it should be tighter. They are awful! Do not order here!

Ordered a dress here and when my package went "unlocateable" they gave me the run around for months and refuse to resolve this issue. I want a refund for time wasted on this bull$#*!.

The dress I selected is beautiful and I was so excited about it. But when I received it I was devastated. The dress is nothing like the picture. The material is so thin and the shape of the dress is horrible. I have 1 month until my wedding and I'm on the search for a new dress.
