If you're a gambling type of person, go ahead and use hebeos. If you actually need the item, I wouldn't depend on them. I ordered my veil and chose 5-10 days, my wedding was 11 days away so thought it wasn't worth paying $50 on shipping of a $16 item. Later they tell me that that's inaccurate and it will be 7-15 days. I told them the situation and said their shipping needed to be more accurate but they just said to be patient. Guess who paid $36 for a veil that won't be here until after my wedding. Oh and they will not refund or help you out in any way. If you have a problem, they're just going to ignore you.

My mom, sister, and I ordered dresses for my wedding from this site. My dress wasn't at all what was advertised. The dress was a different color, different cheap fabric, and just over all nothing like the dress I wanted. My mothers dress was nice but the sleeves were too small, (she can sew so she fixed it herself,) my sister dress was ok, she just had to pay $150 to have everything on the dress altered to fit her body. If you do buy from this site make sure to purchase through PayPal. If you're not satisfied with your purchase you can open a case and request a refund. Luckily that's what I did. Keep in my this is a overseas site and shipping is not cheap. I paid $74 for shipping to return the 3 items including my dress to them. PayPal also covers up to $30 of your shipping.

I ordered a wedding dress in April & it didn't fit. Contacted them; sent to multiple people with different responses. Asked for an exchange but was denied. Waiting for refund since April 2021.

My daughter found this dress online and reading the reviews I was so unsure but she was insistent so I ordered the dress. We chose custom fit as she didn't slot into the sizes on the chart.we ordered on the 9th may and it arrived on the 26th. And it fit perfectly. I wouldn't say its exactly like the photo but it's very very nice.

I ordered a dress and matching jacket for my son's wedding. When I tried them on I couldn't even put my arm fully into the sleeve of the jacket.(The dress also needed altering but not to a great extent) When measured, the jacket armhole was fully 3 inches smaller(16 inches as opposed to the 19 I specified - see pic) than the measurements I had provided. I had a tailor look at it, they confirmed the measurement was 3 inches off and the best she could do was add an inch. I asked them to provide either a new jacket, or fabric so that my tailor could fix the jacket, to no avail. They offered $10 to cover the alterations, and insisted that even if they remade the jacket, it would be the same ( at that point I was inclined to believe that they were just that incompetent.) I requested to return both, and was denied.
So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they handled it, thankfully, and I received a full refund.
TL; DR - Don't purchase from them, but if you must, use a credit card that will work with you to get refund if it goes wrong.

I ordered the dress in a size 18 using their sizing chart. It does not fit me, it fits closer to a size 16 (I'm an 18) but it's okay I will just lose some weight since I have the time before the ball. But the quality is excellent, the workmanship is beautiful, and the customer service was great! I asked for a slit to the mid thigh and they got it so beautifully done!

Dress don't look like the picture at all the fit is horrible as well

My experience was absolutely amazing. My dress is beautiful and fits perfectly. I did send my exact measurements to insure a wonderful fit. I highly recommend purchasing from Hebeos. It took two weeks after ordering to receive my dress.

I felt sooo beautiful. Everyone loved my dress. The only thing I had done as far as alteration was making the stomach area tighter and removed the sleeves.

I am very please the way my order was handed. Perfect size good material and main this is delivered to my daughter in Canada. Even that is before expected dated as she needs on her birth day present and She got it with happy smile. Thanks

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! I ORDERED A BURGUNDY DRESS FOR MY SON'S WEDDING. THE DRESS CAME IN AND IT WAS RED, SO THEREFORE THERES NOTHING I CAN DO WITH THE DRESS. THESE PEOPLE REFUSE TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND, WHICH IS STATED IN THEIR REFUND & RETURN POLICY. THEY OFFERED ME 10% OF MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE! THE DRESS IS BEAUTIFUL BUT NOT BURGUNDY

I received my dress in about a week or so and they came out super beautiful! I had it customized and it was worth it for the price

I'm so happy with my purchase. I was a little uneasy shopping for a dress online but I don't regret it. Everything came out perfectly.

I bought a dress that was beautiful In the pic. When I received the dress half the lace wasn't sewn down half the beads were missing. There solution was fine me too take to a tailor, why should I have to pay more money. The cost of tailoring was more than the dress. I asked to return the dress and shipping and a restocking fee was really high. Then they said they would give me 30 percent back. I am furious they finally gave me 57 Dollars back which is a rip off. I sent pics as soon as dress arrived. How can you not refund someone's money when the dress was incorrect. I would NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THET SEND YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THESE PPL. ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE..

I purchased a wedding dress for my daughter on this website. Received the dress and it had rips and tears in the material and the dress was not hemmed. I sent an email requesting refund and asking for return shipping labels and I received an email telling me to please take the dress to a local tailor for alterations. ALTERATIONS WILL NOT FIX THIS DRESS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
