They didn't send my wedding dress and only sent the veil and lingerie so I tried to contact them but still to this day have not been sent a dress or my money back. This company ruin my day buy saying they were going to give a satisfactory outcome and never responded until weeks after my wedding.

So many beautiful dresses it took me forever to decide… but im sure I have the right one! Thanks

Dress looked great hanging. But i tried it on and the bust is 3 sizes too big! The jacket fits but its uncomfortably tight! Skirt is way longer than my measurements as is the waist! I took it to a seamstress today and i hope she can fix it. The look is very different than the picture. Neckline lays very very different.

I put the color I would like in the notes but apparently I had another in the color In the color options because couldn't leave it blank. So when my order went in, instead of asking me which is the correct color they just picked one instead going with the one in the notes or even asking which one is correct. No one reached out to me and so I got a dress with the wrong color and they're not letting me exchange or even giving me my money back, so be careful when ordering from here. And they take 24 hours to respond to you through email.

I love the dress it's great quality material fit and size perfect

For someone who cannot afford to buy an expensive dress from the store this site has amazing designs and affordable

The fit of shirts do not match the size chart.
Earrings break before you can even put them on.
I do not believe I will place any more orders

I bought 3 dresses and for one big trouble my life, I canceled them then, and they told me they would not return everything, that only 80% of the value lost more than $200, they still don't had processed my order, that's a fraud!

Dress came and was a perfect fit! Absolutely beautiful! True to size!

The dress material was cheap and scratchy. It also smelled funny. It took longer than expected to deliver and it was not cheap considering the poor quality.

They worked with me, expedited my custom order, and got my dress to me on time!

I would warn anyone trying to purchase dresses from this company. The dresses were very cheaply made and then when we tried to return them is when we really ran in to problems. They refused to return the dresses without first me sending pictures of myself in them (WHAT?) and then gave me the complete runaround. They refused to return them and I pretty much wasted my money. Just be very aware.

13 emails and they have not given me a refund. Dresses are not as pictured or described. Really cheap material and poorly constructed. Two dresses I ordered were not even close to what was pictured. Customer service is terrible. They WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN even if you send pictures, measurement of incorrect sewing etc.

Not very good because i has ordered two of the same dress but in different sizes and they made me refund one and not even get to choose which size i wanted to refund.

I bought 5 tops that was on advertised on facebook, they looked good quality but when they arrived they looked cheap
