Horrible. I ordered express shipping 30.00 extra, my item did not get here on time, for them to tell me in the end that they do their orders "in order" in which they are requested, if u would have known that I would have not even considered paying extra. The dress got here way later than expected and I no longer needed ir for my event. When I tried to return they asked for pictures of my item, after I explained to them that it was never even worn. The item wasn't as shown on the picture. There were details missing. For waiting that long you'd expect the product to be amazing, especially because it's "hand made". As I continue to try to return my item, not to mention customer service takes forever to get back to you, they said I would not be getting a full refund. And will be getting a restocking fee. These are the exact words. " So it is not late on the delivery, Because they are made to order, it is not easy to find someone to buy your return dress.So it is not free to return/exchange for your dress.we will charge a 30% restocking fee.

I have discussed this matter with our manager. If you accept it to keep the dress for another Event or resell, We can refund you a 10% discount of the item's price." DO NOT BUY!

I appreciate the response I received from Vivian, via email, yesterday. I was concerned that I may not receive my order on time and she assured me that I would and answered my other questions. I love your dresses and shoes and am very excited to wear them when I get married this month. Thank you, Donna.

Do not buy these dresses! It is a scam! I special ordered a dress from them, it came the completely wrong size! Even though I sent them all my measurements, it looks like a totally different dress than the pictures and when you try and get a refund they will not give you one! They offer 20% which is a joke!

My dress came late for an event and I was planning on keeping it but the quality was terrible. They won't let me return it and said they'll charge me 30% of the dress in order for me to return it. Don't order from them, don't know how they have this many positive reviews. I'm pretty sure they pay most of the people leaving positive reviews.

I got my dress custom fitted. It fit amazing! And it came in about two weeks or less. The color was just like the photo.

Do not order from them! Ordered 5 dresses none of which looked like the website and the company is giving me the run around for a return. Telling me they don't offer full refunds. I have been in limbo for weeks with customer service. They are not as pictured online with color and material. I have been trying to get a refund/return for 2 weeks now. Awful company, did not know this is china

Go somewhere else. Pay more and go to a local store. This is a scam and fraud. The customer service is shocking. They will take your money, even on return of a damaged dress, which will likely happen, all dresses sent seem to be of poor quality.

I ordered my graduation dress from this site and I paid to receive it before the 19th of Nov and it arrived on the 22nd. Missing my graduation. However I could still use it for other occasions. But when I received it is was very poorly made, the seems on my sleeves are facing outwards, there are loose threads and the connection between the shoulders and sleeves are separate? Not to mention the back was supposed to be a button semi corset shown in the picture and all I got was a zip up. I don't understand. I paid $180 for a dress this $#*!? Not impressed, don't buy.

I ordered a dress that was grey with a grey overlay. I was very specific in what I needed. The dress came with a blue overlay. I immediately contacted Hebeos and explained the issue and asked for return instructions. I was then told they would give me a 10% discount if I kept the dress. I said no thank you. Then I was offered a 20% discount and informed that if I did not accept it they would charge a 30% restocking fee and would not return the S&H and I would have to pay to ship it back and in parenthesis they wrote (TO CHINA). No thank you again. Last email was they would give me 35% off if I kept the dress. Again, NO THANK YOU! Seems for a company that is all about making the dress to order they did not send what I asked for and are now trying to strong arm me to keep the dress. I would never do business with this company again!

I purchased 3 dresses from hebeos the dresses looked nothing like the pictures displayed on there website!

The dress is just like the picture n the material is pretty n thick. Money very well spent

I ordered my wedding dress and it arrived 30 days later. Two sizes too small. Not allowed to return or receive money back. I ordered shoes with the dress. They stilled haven't arrived.

Unless you're going to get a custom size to order don't bother with this horrific site. I got a dress for my wedding, went by a standard size and matched what I would be closest to on the size chart. I got my dress in time was very excited and the dress was big and unflattering, when I turned it inside out to see if it would be easy to alter I also notcied a blood stain inside the sleeve.
I contacted them right away to which they told me must've happened during shipping which logically makes no sense as it was on the inside of the sleeve and then advised me to get it dry cleaned. After also stating I wanted to return it for being too big they asked me for my measurements and said because my bust was too small and hips and waist were too big I couldn't return it even though when I put it on it was not infact too small but too big. They refuse to let me return it for a refund and suggested I go get it tailored since it was my mistake for it not being a custom size to perfectly fit my body even though this was the closet fit on the standardized chart and would've had to pay extra for a customized dress (They also do NOT do returns on custom orders either per their policy). Here are pictures of the blood stain on the sleeve and their "customer service". If you're getting something you better their be the exact measurements or custom order the dress because they will blame everything on you or the shipper and will not genuinely help you. I am now out $150 super unfortunate!
