The shipping was kind of confusing. I wish there were more updates to ease my mind. Dress is beautiful but the proportions are all wrong. It was supposed to be ivory and it came white.
Purchased a dress to use as a possible dress change for my wedding. Received the dress and it can't be worn as the marking pen used when creating the dress is visible and has left the dress stained. I know the prices are cheap, but it's a complete waste of money since the dress can't even be worn at the reception.

I reached out to customer service and it was pointless they claim was that the dress was "customized" when in reality I just picked a size like you normally do on a website nothing was special at all! I pay $189 for the dress and then only offer to refund $17 a damn joke! Learned my lesson!
I purchased a dress because I wanted to make sure the site was legit before I had my bridesmaids order from it. However, the dress I received versus the dress I looked at online and ordered is completely different. The material is different and the customer service representative is advising that it's just a slight color difference from the screen color. In which I understood, but it wouldn't be that big of a difference and the material of the dress is also different. It's very clear they stole the picture from someone else's website because they couldn't produce an exact replica to. Then there are places the dress isn't stitched all the way down. I can see the strings in the front of the dress in various locations. It's definitely poor quality and I would not recommend.
I'm in communication with someone in regards to get a refund, but it's been almost four days and we still do not have a resolution. They aren't trying to refund me hardly anything back. They are only trying to send me $49 back and told me sell it. Why would I sell someone something I'm not even satisfied with? The customer service is trash!
If I could leave 0 stars as a rating I would. We ordered bridesmaid dresses from this company and they came in cheap fabric with something on the backs that feels like shoulder pads. The breast area is so large I could fit two of myself in it. I reached out to customer service the day after receiving the dress with my concerns and the only answer they can offer is a 10% refund which is nothing compared to what I would pay someone to basically remake the entire top half of the dress. Very disappointed and will not be buying again. BUYERS BEWARE!

I placed an order on the 7th of January for a dress. On the 17th of January I was notified that they couldn't send my package the way they normally ship things. I was asked if I was okay with the shipment coming in anywhere from through EMS 15-30 days later than expected because this option would take longer for the item to arrive than the shipping time I was originally given. I responded no that I just wanted a refund since the order couldn't make it within the time that was given when I placed my order. They said they couldn't give me my full refund because they had already finished making the dress. That's horrible business management to not fully look over an order to see if you could complete it BEFORE starting work. Then telling me I can either accept half of my money or for the item to come after the event I needed it for. The last email I received implied that even though I said I don't accept the change in the shipping company (who is know for items coming up missing and longer than normal wait times) they have already shipped it so they hope it arrives asap and that the order can't be canceled once it's shipped! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service and business management! I have posted the emails between us so that you can see the conversation from the customer service agents for yourself! I've done business with people who couldn't deliver to military bases and they IMMEDIATELY notify me that they can't ship to my address and refund me ALL of my money. Please spare yourselves and don't do business with this kind of management!
The dress is beautiful. The shoes are too small and not the size I ordered. The veil didn't come with a comb or hair pin to keep it in place
Ordered a last minute wedding gown and am so happy that I found Hebeos! Gown looks just as described, the sewing is flawless and the quality is great! Measurements were accurate as well. It doesn't look like I paid under $200 for my gown. I'm so excited to wear this on my big day! Thank you Hebeos!

I just ordered this dress and just received it 5 days ago from Hebeos.com…. It does not fit and it if the wrong color. I have been trying to return and the customer service is horrible. They are requesting that I take a picture of me in the dress that I can't get on in order for them to approve my return. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do not order from this company! I literally can't get the dress on therefore I am not sending a picture of myself half naked to prove that it doesn't fit. It is also the wrong color. Now I don't have a dress for my daughters wedding! The customer service is absolutely ridiculous, they are hard to get a hold of and there is no number to contact them! Hebeos. Com not a good website to order from!
Dress came with blue marks all over it. Lace was ripped, seams not stitched together properly and lose stitching. Basically a wad of fabric that is unwearable. When requesting a refund they told me to take it to a seamstress and offered me 15% back.
I ordered a dress (actually 2) from their site and just picked a size like you do with any outfit you order. So, it wasn't custom made, it was a regular size 6.
When they arrived I looked at them and was so disappointed the fabric is so cheap looking. I could have bought this dress from Amazon for $40. The fit was awful on both dresses. I contacted them immediately but was told you can't return a custom order. How is it custom if I just ordered a size on their site with no modifications? This site is a CON! I would stay clear of them.

I ordered a Jr. Bridesmaid dress for my daughter for my wedding and clearly stated that I needed the dress in Dusty Rose(Pinkish color). When I received the dress it was orange. I immediately contacted their customer service department.
Their response to me is that the color looks different in different lighting. That is pure BS! The dress is not pink at all and clearly orange. Instead of admitting to their error they gave me that crazy excuse and trying to offer me 10% on the next purchase like I would be dumb enough to order again.
I have sent 5 more emails and they have yet to respond or send me a refund. Shame on you Hebeos!

After ordering what looked like a BEAUTIFUL dress for my wedding, it arrived in the post all scrunched up in a tiny bag. But wait it get worse. As I put this dress on, it's covered in these cheaply glued on white beads that were not in the description and were all falling off onto the floor, to then find the dress doesn't even fit.
Emailed customer service and have been through the absolute run around with their childish team. The website clearly states a full refund for damaged items which they are refusing, they are only offering 30% after I declined their 15% refund and still waiting for a full refund as stated on their own website.
Absolute $#*! service, $#*!ty cheaply made dresses. Do not recommend
