I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding, one she picked out, and the dress came later than expected after paying $30 for quicker delivery. When I received the dress it felt heavy, a difference in material from the website, most likely, anyway the color was also lighter than the website Sage Green, so I tried it on and it was so HORRIBLE fitting. The dress was higher in the back than the front. I contacted Hebeos Customer Service to inquire about a refund. Of course there was the back and forth until they agreed to refund and return 10% of the purchase price. Lol! That is a scam. Why would I accept $8 back when it would cost me more to return and allow them to resell to someone else. DON'T DO IT! Save yourself the headache and just don't purchase a "Mother of the Bride Dress" from Hebeos.

On January 14,2022, I purchased and paid for a beautiful silver, white and grey bouquet that has diamonds on them for my wedding. Received two emails on Jan. 15, and Jan. 20 that the package had been shipped. The tracking number they provided gave no shipping information. Checked back two weeks later, still no package and still no information when checking the tracking number. Sent HEBEOS an email concerned about my package and they responded with a "be patient and give it some time" email. I received a package in the mail Feb. 11,2022 and opened it and it was a dog vest. I was confused because I did not order a dog vest. That next day, I checked the tracking number and it showed that the package was delivered on Feb. 11,2022. So I immediately check around my house because I was so excited that my bouquet arrived. No bouquet. Contacted the post office and they reassured me that the package was definitely delivered Feb. 11. Checked the tracking number and it matched the tracking number that HEBEOS sent me in the email. Ok... human error... I'll reach out to them and let them know they sent me the wrong package. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS COMPANY WITH A LOT OF PROOF EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PACKAGE. I keep getting an email saying everything but I'm sorry, we will make this right and send you the bouquet that you paid for and I am soooooo frustrated with this company. I feel like I have been scammed and now I'm in search of finding another bouquet for my wedding because I can't walk down the aisle with a dog vest.

Purchased standard dress size due to my measurements matching their measurements. Got the dress and it was 2 sizes too big, 7 inches too long in length, 4 inches too long on sleeves, and 2 inches too big in the sleeves. Had to spend $220 in alterations. Their website specifically states they will reimburse you for the alterations if you have to have more than 2 inches altered on any part of the dress. They refuse to do anything. They have a different person respond to my emails one time a day late at night. There is no history of previous conversations with them so they keep sending the same response every time. The quality of my dress is horrible. The sequence falls off every time anyone touches it. The inseem of the dress had to be completely replaced due to the quality of the material and it just shreds. Complete disappointment all around!

I order an dress from about an month ago only for it to arrive with ink outlining the dress. Bottom line it took this company over an week to respond, had to send pic of dress, just for them to say we can offer 10% off dress and please dry clean which 10% does not even cover the dry cleaning bill.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. The dress arrived and it had flaws and defective. The breast area has ripples in the cups and looks horrible. They offered me 9% back. I have still been fighting with them to send me a return label as it will cost me over $200 to send it back. They wont do it! I bought the dress for $169. I am now pretty much stuck with a defective product I cannot wear and I am out $$$. These people from China are only out to screw you. I never buy from China if I can prevent it. I did not know this was coning from China! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO KEEP IT AND HAVE NO ISSUES! SCAM SCAM SCAM---

This website is a scam! I bought a dress that did not come as the color I expected. I send an email to customer service and they refused to refund it. If you buy a dress and it doesn't fit, they won't refund it. If it's not the color you were expecting, they won't refund it. Look up the return policy, it's a joke. I am now stuck with a $140 dress I'll never wear. I've sent multiple emails and they have ignored me. DO NOT buy from here! Save yourself the money and dress

Don't ever order from this business if you want to try multiple dresses to find the perfect dress. The only way they will return the dress is if it's flawed not if it doesn't fit right or you don't like it! Thank goodness I only ordered one. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. It didn't fit the way I wanted it and it looked more like a bridesmaid dress. I have gone back and forth with this company sending pictures, my sizes, etc and frankly I don't have time for this nonsense! Now I'm stuck with trying to re-sell it because they will not return it. It's a scam…BUY AMERICAN!

I had purchased a dress with a custom size. The dress arrived was no where close to measurement. I have been trying to reach customer service with no response. I have followed up 8 times with no response. The entire money has been wasted. I will not ever buy twice from this company. All negative reviews are filtered and only positive feedbacks are posted. Request everyone to be very careful.

So I understand that buying dresses online isn't always the best choice, but I was really excited about this specific website because of how good most of the reviews are. I bought this gorgeous dress for a ball I'm going to, but when it came it was very cheaply made and the wrong color. The flowers and lace are stuck on with fabric glue and the beads sewn onto the top are not sewn well. I would much rather receive a dress later than in a condition like this. Now I have VERY little time to find another dress and it will not be from Hebeos.

I only gave one star because i had to. I ordered a dress that i thought would fit me and gave stretch. When i get it, it does not fit or have any stretch like i thought. They offered me a 10.00 refund for a 130.00 dress and told me to take it to a tailor. A tailor would not be able to do anything for me. The company and i went back and forth for days without any solution. I'll never order from this company again. The dress was hideous also. Didn't look anything like the pictures.

If I could give this site a 0 I would. I have contacted the customer service once about when my dress would ship and was met with a rude response. I put it down to the language barrier. Then when my dress was made incorrectly, they were rude and refused to help. Told me to get it tailored that it just didn't fit my body. Offered at 10% refund which is a joke. They showed me a picture of a dress on a mannequin and told me that it fit the mannequin so it's my body that's the issue. I showed them measurements to prove otherwise and they just keep telling me to get it tailored. There isn't a way to tailor it to fit because it's made incorrectly! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

After spending a lot of money on a dress, it shows up the wrong colour (I'm convinced this occurred on purpose). I contacted customer service who told me I would receive a refund if I post back the dress. After I got confirmation that the dress was safely delivered I contacted customer service and told to wait 10-15 business days for a refund. IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND! I've since gotten a lawyer involved to file a lodgement with the courts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM! They rarely get the product correct because they want you to send it back so that they keep the product and get your money!
