I purchased a reconditioned press and you would never know it was! No visible flaws what-so-ever. It is super easy to use and my projects have turned out great. Should something ever go wrong, I am glad I ordered directly from the manufacturer - it makes problem solving so much easier.

Buying a heatpress online can be really sketchy and you can easily end up with an overpriced and junk press but Heatpressnation.com delivered a great product and I felt safe and secure ordering from them.

I did not buy my printer from HPN because I found a much better price and because it wasn't an exact match to their package, they didn't honor the price match. Other than that, very pleased overall with the Mug Press and Sublimaion papery. Easy to use. This is my first venture into sublimation. I've been Screen Printing for over 12 years.

Very odd entry and waited for help no one acknowledged me until I walked into the workspace. Maybe there could be a sign or a bell so i don't feel like I am imposing. Once helped, everyone was very nice. They looked very busy which is good. Thanks again and I am looking forward to doing more business there. Very easy and location is close
