I love the Heat Transfer Vinyl

Made contact with customer service and on short notice turned around a refurbished unit so it could be shipped out in time to receive it by Christmas. They made it happen.

No operators manual but with the internet that was not an issue. I think my wife received 2 copies when she posted she needed one.

Very quick shipment, delivered quickly, excellent packing, quality product.

It was great. Customer service helped me and it came before Christmas. I've been using it all day and love it.

My only complaint is that I never received an email saying my order was shipped or when the expected delivery date was.

I usually have a great shipment of mugs that are well protected during shipping. This time I received my mugs in boxes which had no bubble wrap to them and ended up having to throw away about 6 mugs from each box (3 total) because they were completely shattered.

I ordered a T square that arrived in excellent condition and was marked 'fragile' for safe travel.

Loved the assistance when i called for help. Very friendly and helpful. The heat press is really awesome, the rolling cart is beyond awesome. Makes working on shirt orders much more comfortable and saves table space. Really great!
