Everything I have purchased has been good quality.

I get my orders quickly and in good condition.

I pretty sure I was short 2 feet on the black vinyl I received. I cut it into 12" sections only only had 13 pieces instead of 15. Luckily a neighbor had some that I bought off of her to complete the orders I had for Xmas.
I haven't measured the other rolls I received big I will.

I was promised to receive Friday did not receive until late Monday. The customer service was horrible.

Great website, easy to navigate and tons of choices. I specifically purchased from HPN because of their reviews. I wanted at least a year warranty and customer service. There were tons of places that sell HP at lower prices but none offered a year warranty in my price range and I DON'T want to call with a problem and be told that, " I'm sorry; I can't assist you; you need to contact the manufacturer".

I've ordered quite a bit from this company and I haven't been disappointed yet, especially with the holidays upon us, I still got my order quickly!

Ordered over $500 worth of items to be able to make our own mugs in our office, and the order took almost a month to finally get here. We're in the process of returning them now.

The only negative is that i never received a confirmation of my order. Never heard anything from the company until they shipped the order days later.
