I called 3 times to verify that my order was shipped as promised from the first call. Since it was coming from NY it seems your computer system in CA could not confirm my order was shipped. It was very frustrating since I needed it to arrive on time. It seemed the customer reps were trying but they could not give me a tracking number or a positive yes that it was shipped. I am grateful it came on time and my customer got their order on time. I don't know if I would use you again for a rush order but would when I don't need the vinyl to ship the next day. Thanks

I had to contact the company to get a receipt for my order. I was told I would receive a confirmation of shipment the same day. When I had not received that email, I called again to learn that shipment was delayed because of a backlog of orders.
