Prices can't be beat! Order my HTV and received it in a timely manner but it wasn't all that I had ordered. I called the company to see when the other would be delivered because I didn't see another tracking number for the rest of my order. Customer service I formed me that she didn't know what went wrong and put in a a ticket for the rest of my order to be shipped to me. Maybe because of it beginning the holiday rush; I didn't receive the rest of my order until around week later.

Your website is easy enough to use. Customer service needs help though. I have emailed a couple of times asking questions before making my purchase and haven't received a response. I ended up calling and dealt with some CSRs who weren't too knowledgeable about the product I was ordering or its restock timeframe. I actually was trying to upgrade my order to a more expensive unit, but was exhausted by trying to get the CSR to understand my issue, so I just stuck to the one I had ordered. Again...product/price were all great...just understand you are a bit on your own when doing the research and ordering.

I purchased the sublimation machine for my wife as a gift. I sent it to a friends house which requires payment authentication, which is fine. Problems was I never received the follow up emails to authorize. I had to call twice; once for the follow up authorization and the second to get a tracking email. Customer service was great but I just wish I didn't need to call twice to get my product moving. Product is great and my wife was super happy to receive it. Thanks guys!
The last order from HPN was some siser HTV vinly. Purchased 10 yards. Was a lil disappointed that I received 2 5 yard rolls instead of a 10 yard roll.
One of the rolls was about 1/2 yard short of 5 yards but I blamed siser for that not HPN. Shipping was a lil slow but I blame myself for going ground. But that's what the client paid for.
I have used HPN before and very satisfied. This last time was a lil disappointing but I would definitely use them again
My shopping experience with Heat Press Nation was great. The only issue I had was when I received the heat press, I noticed there were few scratches underneath the top portion of product.
