Everything was perfect. I waited for the heat press to be back in stock checked everyday although the customer service representative did give me an exact restock date.
Took two and a half weeks to receive everything, only complainant I have.
They send me notification saying the product I wanted was in stock of which I waited for a while. Thankful to get the email so things worked out great
My shopping experience was great, the videos on your site really help and are a nice touch. Once I decided I wanted this press, I wanted this press, like immediately. I did not realize it was out of stock, not surprising, this thing is wonderful to use. It was definitely worth the wait. The price was obviously more expensive than my two other and inferior mug presses, but this press if worth every penny, considering it was the same price as my other two combined. I could not be happier with my purchase, even though I did not received one of the heating elements. Instead I received two of the same heating elements and one of those was damaged. Although that was disappointing, your fantastic customer service and eagerness to resolve the matter made up for the discrepancy. I appreciated the military discount. Overall my experience was excellent; so much, in fact that I have transferred all of my sublimation blank purchased to you, instead of the "other guys" I was buying from. I just made a purchase of various blanks to use with this press. When the time comes for a new shirt press, I will me most certainly purchasing that from you. Thanks again.

Love the products but 2 mugs in that order arrived broken. The packaging is problematic.

I've emailed support about 4 times in the last week and haven't heard any response. So that is not very positive in my opinion.
