Pretty straight forward ordering process. I waited and waited for the Craft Pro 15x15 heat press to come back in stock. I am so happy I waited. I love this heat press.

My order arrived within the expected time frame and for the busy Christmas season, that was wonderful. Product is exactly as advertised and I'm thinking of ordering a 2nd set in the future so I can cut a few of the mats down to the specific size I need for smaller projects. This was for my granddaughter and it is one she picked out. I believe she is very happy with it. I was pleased because it was a bill to ship to and that I had to call and confirm I was sending instead of someone stealing my card. The product was received before xmas with no problem. I contacted them telling them that I got no CD with ny machine but i never heard back

Order was supposed to be received December 7 or 8. Never came. Contacted heatpressnation 3 times on this issue. Didn't get our order until almost a month later.

It was overall a good experience.
I will be back.
