Some of the best customer service I have encountered is w/ this company. I placed a last minute order for x-mas gifts on Fri, Dec 21. At the time I placed the order all my items were in-stock. During the time it took them to get the package ready for shipping (2 days), a few of my items ended up being out of stock (No big deal since it was the holidays & other peeps were placing orders too). I called customer service on Mon, Dec 24th to see when they might be expecting the out of stock items to come in. The guy I spoke w/ (Can't recall his name) informed me that they had just received all but one of the items back in stock. Since the items hadn't shipped at this point they wouldn't have arrived in time for x-mas due to the standard shipping I chose at the time of checkout. I asked if I could upgrade to faster shipping. He allowed me to do so, but at my expense, obviously. I agreed to pay and that transaction was complete. Fast forward another day & I had received 2 notifications that my packages had shipped. One of which ended up being the last item that was still on backorder at the time of my phone conversation the day before. Come to find out they received that item too & had taken the time to overnight the package (At no expense to me!) so it would be in here in time for x-mas. If that's not great customer service, what is? I will most defiantly be recommending this company to my wife if / when she needs other materials for her hobbies in the future
Everything is great. I gave 2 stars for delivery because when I ordered it said it would arrive before christmas (as it was a gift) and it didn't arrive until December 27th.

Not sure if HPN will receive this but I actually was shorted one of the mug wraps. I called and spoke to someone there when the package arrived and reported the missing item. He said they would get one right out. I still have not received it. I do thank you for the survey note as it reminded me of that fact.

The products I have used so far have worked as advertised. The problem I had was the items were not labeled at all in the order so I had to guess and sort and try to identify what was what. Did not say which was heat transfer vs permanent etc. otherwise was a good experience.
