I ordered HPN Signature Series Pull Out 15x15. The order was a bit delayed in shipping out as there seemed to be some confusion as to whether the item was backordered. Customer Service was friendly and helpful in sorting this out and the item still shipped in a reasonable timeframe and was received quickly (I am from Canada but shipped to a US address). The press itself is fantastic. It's my first press and I found it easy to get started with the included instruction booklet from HPN. I love the smooth opening with the air shock and pullout lower platen makes positioning items easier. I'm definitely glad I spent a little extra on these features!

I understand it was the holiday season when I placed my order. However, it should be a way for me to track my order online. My order stayed in the pending status even when my item was delivered. When you call customer service you can never get through. However when I emailed customer service, Ephraim was VERY helpful!
