I placed an order on Dec 19. The only option for shipping was $19 and if I'm remembering correctly that's about how much my order cost. I needed the material so I placed the order. My order did not get processed until Dec 26. I will not be ordering again.

The customer services are amazing. I ordered my package a week before Christmas and the estimated delivery wasn't going to be until a week after Christmas and I needed it before Christmas, so I call the customer and they were able to work with me and made sure it came in before Christmas. Excellent customer service and products!
I placed my order as a Christmas gift for my daughter on December 19,2018. However, the press was not received until January 17,2019 although my credit card was charged. After two follow ups, I was told my payment method needed to be verified although I had been charged the full amount and had not received communication of verifying the purchase.
Hopefully this incident will aide in training if staff and practices of Heat Press Nation. Customer service is a large part of running successful businesses.

It took a month and 5 days to get my heat press. And every time I called they told me it would be sent out the next week! I love the press but the amount of time I had to wait was ridiculous!

For the few times I have order, I have never been giving a expected delivery date. It would be a great help if the system told you a expected delivery date so that you could plan accordingly.
Made the order on the 17th and it came in 2 weeks later i called and said the item hasnt shipped yet but 2 weeks wait time was horrible and they didnt even give me any kinda credit on my account
Some of the sheets were all dirty and dusty and had some spots in the sheets. This is the first time this has happened. But other then that everything else is great
