Really Good costumer service! When i called to get a status on my order they were on point with everything. They told me it would ship out that same day n arrive withing 2 to 3 business day and it did! My order took a little bit to ship due to back order but what can I say, it was during the holidays. Overall very happy costumer here n it sure be my last! Thanks HPN!

Order the vinyl systems specialist, I guess during the shipping the blade motor thing came off the track. Contacted customer service, they were great at helping me out and identifing and helping direct me how to fix it. Doesn't matter how good a product is, customer service will make or break a product, and their service is one of the best I have ever dealt with.

It took 3 weeks to receive this product. By the time I received it I didn't need it anymore.
It was okay excluding the damage of the item when I inboxed it
Item was not listed as out of stock when ordered. Waited for about two weeks and called them only to find out it was out of stock when I ordered my heat press but that it should be shipped within a few days. Waited another week still nothing. Was told I'd get an email when the item shipped. Never received an email. Item showed up unexpectedly one day. Thankful my husband just happened to be home that day. It was really heavy and no way could I have gotten that in the house if I was the only one here.
