I ordered 10 inch vinyl. It was roughly cut with a saw or something and was between 9.5 and 9.75 inches instead of 10. The vinyl cut well on my machine, was easy to weed, and transferred well. It's high quality product. But if you need exactly 10 inches, then you you may not receive it.
Shipping was not very good on the timing, but customer service was top notch and they took care of the issue. The plotter works very well, not super high end, but good for people looking to start a small business. Overall, I would recommend and would buy a couple more myself.
Did a lot of research and this and you guys were the most helpful. Especially with having short videos so customers know what they are getting thanks for making it easy.

I placed an order while I was out of state needing to make some merch. Never got tracking. Finally, I got an email about how they couldn't ship because my shipping address didn't match my billing address. Would've been nice if they sent it before so I could fix whatever issue. By the time it was fixed, the delivery time frame I would've already been out of state. They couldn't ship to my actual home so I had to cancel my order and then reorder. Of course it takes time to refund money so I was double the money out of my bank account with no product in hand. Way too much of a headache.
