My Sawgrass printer arrived in good condition. My only concern was that there was never an email confirmation letting me know my item had shipped. It simply arrived at my doorstep. Given the amount of money spent of the printer I would've liked a heads up on its arrival. Luckily I was home when it arrived. Outside of that I have no complaints.
Would be nice if there was free shipping on orders over a certain price. Also a comparison tool for similar products would be great.

I was supposed to receive a call back concerning some items that were out of stock, but that never happened.

Heat Press works well. T square it was not worth the investment. I could have made my own tool for much cheaper and it would have worked better.

I love HPN, you guys sell the best of best products. I read lots of posts on different FB pages and people use lots of different brands of vinyls trying to coalate "cheap and good" not realizing that cheap doesn't always mean good. Plus I've also read where people have different problems with these other brands of vinyl and other people swear that they're great. Not one time have I ever seen anybody talk down or bad about Siser vinyl or heatpressnation. Whenever I see somebody asking for recommendations on either vinyl or heat presses or whatever even if I don't know if you sell it I recommend you guys because I know if you do sell it it's a top quality product. So again, thank you very much, I appreciate that you're actually only about 45 minutes from me so I usually get my order in a day. Keep doing what you do.
