I was quoted over $5,000 for a set of hearing aids by my local audiologist. I took their recommendation and went home to think it over. Looked up HearSource online and bought the exact same hearing aids for less than half. HearSource remotely programmed/adjusted the hearing aid sound settings for me. Amazing! I never even had to leave my house. The hearing aids sound very natural to me, better than I had anticipated and much better than my old hearing aids.
I would like everyone to know just how nice these people really are and how accommodating they have been to me. I am thoroughly satisfied with the hearing aids and their service and would recommend to anyone.
Went to my local hearing aid office where I had purchased my hearing aid 7 years ago with an issue. My hearing aid had static in it. My local office said that I needed a new set of aids costing me over $4000. I sent my hearing aid into HearSource and they fixed for $200. It took them about 10 days including shipping both ways. I am very happy and will recommend HearSource for hearing aid repairs when hearing aid are out of thieir manufacturer warranty period. My hearing sounds as good as new!

They have repaired both of my Beltone hearing aids for me now. Excellent service! Sent them in and had them back in less than week. WAY less than my local Beltone office had quoted me. In fact my last aid the guy at Beltone told me that my hearing aid could NOT be repaired. HearSource repaired it without hesitation. Saved me thousands since I didn't have to buy a new hearing aid. Highly recommend.
They received my hearing aid on Aug 14, today is Sep 6 and nothing done. I paid $49 more for "rush service" and paid more for Fed Ex shipping. They don't return phone calls and just don't care. Do not use this service, total frauds.

These folks are awesome. My local Audi advised me that my current aids could probably not be repaired and if they could they would be over $500 each. Sent them in to HearSource for repair and they repaired them both for $400. Im sold.

Hearing aid returned partially repaired (Broken door not repaired/replaced)
They failed to respond to numerous emails requesting contracted repairs be made.
I filed claim with PayPal.
They still refused to respond to my additional emails requesting contracted work be done.
I believe they also failed to reply to PayPal emails in their attempt to resolve issue for me.
May 22, PayPal issue me a refund.
I will never use Hear Source again! I recommend anyone who does use them to pay with PayPal or another provider who will fight for your right to have Hear Source comply with their contractual agreement and or obtain a refund for you.

There was no mention of the door in your repair request, so it was not addressed, since it was still in good working condition. Your communications to us were all responded to in a timely manner, and we would have happily refunded your payment right away, without your need to involve your payment system, if you had simply communicated with us directly.
Excellent product and company! Friendly helpful support staff. Initially I needed a bit of help learning the hearing aid programming software, I called the HearSource office and set up a one on one support session with a programming coach. I hear better now than I ever did with my previous hearing aids and I saved thousands of dollars.

I just received my Phonak device back and for less than 1/4 of the price I was quoted by my audiologist HearSource performed some major repairs on the aid. I am grateful for their service and really glad I found them.
Bought one 3 years ago. The other one two years ago. The sales staff is great, The hearing aids and the DIY program works great. The techs that helps you along the first time (or any time you need a little help) are fantastic. If you are OK with a computer and are capable of learning a few new things about hearing and the tool used to dial in the hearing aid, you will not only save a lot of money but you will be more confident with your investment. You will be in control; Able to maintain and tweak your hearing aids on your schedule and according to your liking.
The only mistake I made by going to HearSource, was not going there sooner.
Don't put it off. If you are missing out on hearing and struggling to hear, you're losing more than you think.
