I am a back sleeper and these earplugs have been a godsend. I sleep in a very noisy household and these earplugs have dampened the surrounding noise (such as snoring or loud TV noise in the next room) enough to get me to sleep. They are not like 100% soundproof but they get the job done!
I have been on the lookout for back sleeping earplugs for quite a long time and struggled to find anything that compares.
I have unique shaped ears so these have been a real blessing. Also from my experience, normal foam ear plugs always expand and fall out even though I pinch, twist, and push. Not the case here thankfully because of the unique design.
