I too have a broken hearing aid. Left aid door is broken and I have sent 2 requests for a replacement. I have purchased a 3 year replacement warranty and the company is not returning my e-mails. When trying to visit the store website, computer tells me there is a security issue. Was I scammed?

Ordered hearing aides from this company. Ad said they were in stock. They didnt say in China. Aides came with a 90 day money back guarantee. It took over a month and many emails until they finally arrived. I could never get tham to work right. On the 5th day one of the battery doors broke off. I attempted to call the company. Their phone says mail box is full. I sent the aides back to them. They are being returned to me because apparently this is a fKe address. They are not answering emails or messages
