Fraud alert
April 25, 2021

I ordered hearing aid batteries and unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I had no idea that this company was in Hawaii! I thought it was Walmart. I spoke to the company and they said to send the batteries back, at my expense, and include a 4$ check for shipping, which I did. My batteries now costs approx 10$ over what I would pay somewhere else. I have waited and waited, and nothing. I finally contacted them once again. They said they don't have any record of receiving my package. However, my check came through my bank a month ago. The check was inside the package! These people are frauds. DO NOT USE THEM! To bad there is no option for zero stars. They would get none from me.

The batteries advertised #13 are supposed to be 1.4 volts. My order had a good date of year 2013. My batteries are testing only 1.08 volts to 1.11 volts.

The price and shipping was very good, However, with the voltage range I indicated they will only last about 7 days instead of the usual 15 to 16 days.
