I sent my hearing aid in for repair work for $199.00 because they were making noise/static however they didn't fix them and sent them back without them working like they should and didn't call me for paying for postage then I sent them back to be repaired again for static and they sent them back to me in worst condition then before but they kept the money. I wouldn't do anything with this they are a scam repair hearing repair shop.

They told me they were in the Anthem Network. Based on this, I decided to buy from them. When it came time to pay, they said oh you need to go online to this hearsource.com website. And then they said that the hearsource is not in the Anthem Network. So they got my business by saying they were in the Anthem Network, but they handle their transactions with another company (the exact same phone number by the way) that they can then claim is not in the Anthem Network. They have refused to honor the discount that Anthem provides for their in network providers and for their insured clients. I am out thousands of dollars. It's like in movies where they hide money in an offshore account.

We had taken my mother's hearing aid into the local hearing aid office needing a repair. The local office advised that the hearing aid was over 5 years old and could not be repaired. We went home and did an internet search for online hearing aid repair services and found HearSource.com.

They were very professional on the phone when I called to inquire about their services. We sent Mom's hearing aid in for repair and had in back working nicely within seven days (including shipping time). Their price of $199 plus $14.50 shipping. Seemed very fair to me.

They did and excellent and workmanship is top notch.
Price is lower than most other places I checked.
Friendly professional staff.

Really Nothing Negative to Say.

I had used HearSource a few years ago to have my mother's hearing aids repaired. They did a great job on the repair and a reasonable turnaround time. Keep in mind that when she took it to her local hearing aid provider, they said it could not be repaired and wanted her to buy another new hearing aid.

As time passed, I too needed to purchase hearing aids for myself. I sent them a copy of my hearing test and ordered a set of their new Bach Hearing Aids. Wow. These hearing aids are awesome and I enjoy wearing them. HearSource has been excellent to deal with. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

THREE attempts to change a speaker wire but they couldn't do it. All I got were lies. Chuck won't call me back.

I can not say enough about their prompt and excellent professional service during my trial period. When I needed answers about the hearing aids or when I needed technical support for fine-tuning they connect to my hearing aids remotely through my iPhone and make adjustments to my hearing environments programs. They were always courteous and there when I needed them. No waiting for scheduling an audiologist or travel time spent to an office!

When I finally decided to pull the trigger and purchase new hearing aids, they were the obvious choice. I purchased Widex Evoke 40 hearing aids. The hearing aids have performed perfectly. The HearSource pricing is much lower than my local hearing aid office. Their support and service has been excellent.

The staff seems to be on top of it. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very satisfied. I honestly believe that this is the future for the hearing aid industry. Efficient, cost effective, and convenient.

Talked to the sales rep at HearSource. I submitted my hearing test and called them to discuss. They walked me thru the process to pick the best hearing aids for my needs. Very friendly. Received my hearing aids in just a few days. Once I received my hearing aids they video chatted with me to fine tune them. Now I'm good to go. Never realized how much I was missing.

I purchased ReSound Quattro 9 hearing aids from HearSource.com. Their staff was friendly and professional, not pushy. I received my hearing aids on the 4th business day after I ordered them via UPS. They were preprogrammed for my hearing loss. The fine tuning and adjustments was accomplished as soon as I requested that particular service. I Will recommend HearSource.com very much. I saved $2,400 compared to my local hearing aid office for the exact same product.

I found hearsource.com online when comparison pricing the Widex Evoke 440 Fusion 2 hearing aids my local audiologist was quoting for just over $5000 unbundled (I would still pay for follow-ups)

After several visits with my local audiologist that required me to take time off work, drive to her office, and then wait in the waiting room for 5-20 minutes before being seen. I decided to try Hearsource.com to save me on purchase price, time for appointments (they have an app that is like Uber for hearing aid programming), and cost of follow-up visits. They are a licensed Widex dealer (look up Manan hearing technologies in Bainbridge, Indiana), so my online purchase came with full Widex warranty.

The only downside is that they can't physically adjust things for me, like helping me change ear domes or receiver wires, or doing real ear measures, but the pluses are still good enough for me. I am 10 days into my purchase and have had two follow video consults with the Widex remote care app (using the programming loop they included in the price of my purchase).

My local audiologist will service HA I purchased online, but I haven't needed to go that route and pay for that service since the lifetime service hearsource.com has included as been great so far. I will post another review down the road.

My son referred me to HearSource.com as I needed to replace my older hearing aids. I purchased Widex Evoke 440 hearing aids at their recommendation based on my hearing loss and needs from HearSource. They shipped them to me, I had them in my possession within 3 days of my order. That was much quicker than I had received my original hearing aids from my local hearing aid office previously. They were almost perfectly programmed to my hearing loss. At their request I called them notifying them that the hearing aids had arrived safely. HearSource connected to my hearing aids thru my iPhone for some fine tuning sound adjustments. I have never heard this well.

I highly recommend both HearSource and Widex hearing aids.

And by the way, I saved about $3,000 getting my hearing aids from HearSource compared to my local hearing aid office. I really could not be happier.
