I haven't installed it item yet, but Item was as described and arrived undamaged.
Could not make a correction to the ship to address when I realized I had to enter a last name. Other than that shopping was easy.
The cost of the hard drive was much higher than expected but then it is an older model and may not even be made anymore. I was just thrilled to find Hard Drives Direct had available one of the model I needed.
The drive arrived a day earlier than estimated.

The delivery was prompt, actually it arrived quite earlier than expected - So thank you. My only concern was the HDD was not box. It was in static bag and looked new but besides that so far so good.
