The whole experience was super easy. With a lot of these NAS units, accuracy is very important because there are so many different SKUs for drives and you need the specific ones for your unit. Hard Drives Direct made finding the right drive easy.

Looking for specific NAS drives for a Dell array and they turned out to be very difficult to find. HD Direct seemed to have the drives, and immediately a live human was online to answer questions and help fill the order. Drives arrived quickly and they had the correct specs. Customer service checked in to ensure they arrived and worked for us. Great experience for just stumbling onto their website.

Part was not as described. The HD sleeve was larger than the one ordered as this HD was a substitute. We called to clarify and had to remove the original sleeve to make the part fit.

I have looked into your order and I do not see any notes regarding a call from you. I suspect you may have ordered the incorrect generation of drive for your HP server if the tray did not match.
