The order was smooth. The only thing is the model of the delivered hard drives is not the exactly mode I ordered. Later I called back and I was told they are the same drives.

As with previous orders no issues. Product as presented on the website and worked great. Bear in mind if you order from Canada they ship to their Canadian office first which means you get a delivery confirmation for that delivery and then the product is shipped to you. Not a real issue, just poorly communicated.
