I was impressed with the ticket support system they replied very quickly same day. This is the best UK company. We all use them at work as they offer dentist products direct. I use them and would also tell my family and friends to shop at happy smiles. They are good and I love the fact they support charities for children with cancer. I used happysmiles gel last night. The difference in my tooth shade was incredible. I would of used this site years ago if I knew my teeth would go so white. The product I purchased was the happy smiles 22% and applied the gel for half hour each day. Very happy customer and would highly advise others to shop from them. The product was very easy to use and very cost effective. I purchased 10 gels but only need 6 but at least i have some left over for a top up treatment when needed. My smile is awsome. 100% best gel from this top company.

It has been over 6 weeks and i have not received any goods. I had a email about 4 weeks ago saying it would be sorted but it was not. I also have sent loads of tickets to them but had no reply. I shall be taking this further and my advise is do not order from this company

HappySmiles is so nice to support childrens cancer charities. Excellent shopping site for teeth whitening products. Very reliable and service was fast.

I placed the wrong order and was sent polanight and contacted happy smile to tell them that polanight is a terrible product to use and I always use happy smile own brand as it works better and i get no sensitivity with happy smile ow brand gel. The customer service staff were very happy to replace the item and they even sent me a few extra free gels inside. I dealt with Charlotte the office manager and she was very polite, friendly and offers me a first class customer care experience. I have told my family and friends to order from Happy Smiles. THANK YOU HAPPY SMILE. If only all companies could be so professional.

Needs investigating, Happy Smiles! Hmmm only happy smiles going on are those in there received funds (From all the mugs who purchased products) My son purchased gel plus mouthgaurd, paid £55... waited, put in ticket ( cant call this company! Wonder why) No responce :/ Luckily we paid through pay pal, as i dread to think.
If you have any sense you will steer clear, I warned him before hand, Same offers on groupon for £17.95. No more to add, just beware as you've been warned.

Not a good site at all and you don't get your products either. They have a phone number on the website which you call to find out what's happening to get a recording saying we no longer take calls? You email to be then asked to create a ticket which can be 48 hours for a response. When I got a response it was very minimum and didn't make much sense and as they are meant to post out 24 hour delivery to tell me of an issue weeks after seems very strange. I emailed back to find out where my order was to be told raise another ticket? Why I have already raised one so how can you close it if you haven't resolved it. Not a good company at all.

I don't even want to give any stars so disappointed with this company, I have paid a lot of money for this product that I've still not received it it's been over a month, contacted the rep by emails don't know how many times also called happysmile you just get put through to a message service,
Nothing has been done to help me out will not order from them again just want my money back, so unhappy and disappointed
