I have been e mailing Sharon at Happy Smile. My first order didnt arrive at all. After I queried it, within a few days my order arrived, but one of the moulds was rubbish, I have let Sharon know and she was going to send out a replacement. The replacement never arrived. So now I am asking for a full refund. Sharon as decided not to answer my e mails. With a message out of office! Advising me that this e mail is no longer monitored. Any suggestions please?

I got my gel but sadly my teeth have not changed colour at all i did exactly what they told me to do but no change im very disappointed as this was not cheap
Hi Karen. That is sad and very rare. I will give some reasons. 1) The gel has been near a heat source. 2) Check all mouthwashes you use. Certain chemicals in mouthwashes will ineract 3) You might simply need it on longer 4) You might need a higher strength 5) You might need to use more gel in the trays 6) It is very rare but teeth can be a natural offshade colour - very rare though. 7) You could be using medications or have used medications that have effected the dental colour. (As you can see so many reasons. Simply contact us for a free pack and re-try your treatment.- DM me Karen as I would really love to help you) Michael
Don't let the clunky website put you off. Yes, it looked pretty amateurish when I was placing my order, which I must admit made me a little nervous when I placed my order. However, after ordering after 10pm on Thursday night, my gel was delivered by special delivery on Saturday morning. My teeth are now whiter than they have ever been and I have saved a fortune compared to what my dentist was charging. I can't help but think many of the negative reviews are from disgruntled dentists. I would be pretty disgruntled if I was a dentist! Happy Smile - you just need to sort your website out!

I never used the company and saw some negative reviews but I did some checking and they seems to sell to anyone who is buying. I used Polanight from ny dentists and it caused my terrible pain. I too will buy the happysmile own brand, The negative comments do not seem genuine so I suppose it mu be the dentists trying to put people off from buying them. I did a quick check on happysmileuk+ charity and it seems the company also gives to sick childrends charities. I have also seen lots of teeth whitening "trolls" online from the non- peroxide brigade so far this website seems the best online and they muct be good as I remeber them online in 2003. My tip would be to use happysmile own brand as I have seen so may top reviews and seems so gentle. I will be using them for sre and will update you all. Hope my review helps you all GREG
I've previously paid 300 pound for teeth whitened. With not brilliant results, I've been using Bright smiles own brand of whitening gels for over 3 years now, and extremely happy with the price, and results, would recommend. £30! Job done:-)
I love this company as they have brilliant customer services. I just purchased the happysmile 35% gel and ogh my god my teeth went as white as snow! I have never had so many complimments and all I can say thank god I found this website. Happysmiles is the best ever site around as the products they sell are all tested and proven to work. You would have to be crazy to shop eleswhere. I tried ordering from other places and was told they could not supply me but this happysmiles company sends out a lightening speed. I have used this company for many years and have found it to offer the best systems for teeth whitening. I have used them 7 times now and they always provide me with a speedy service. I have been using the new happysmile 35% strength and my teeth are so white. I had used Polanight before but that caused sensitivity. Happysmiles own brand works excellent. I am so so so so happy to use this company. All my friends at work use this company too and they all love them too. Great service and top dental products. Very happy.

HappySmile is the best site around. I have been paying out hundreds of pounds to my dentist and this site offers the same products as supplied to me by my dentist. I ordered online and delivery was very speedy. I used the Happysmiles ultra high 35% strength and my teeth went very very white. I could not be happier. The dental products are outstanding. Delivery took around 4 days and they sent it by recorded delivery. I am a very happy customer. Thank you Happysmiles and I will be using you again and will be telling my family and friends too.

I Love HappySmile gels they are so effective at whitening teeth. Very high quality systems and they offer great prices with free delivery. I would give a thousand stars if I could so for now it will just have to be 5. Customer services was also very professional. I would use this company again and would tell all my family and friends to use them too.

I ordered from Happy Smile over 1 month ago and didn't receive my delivery. I asked for a refund a number of times and when they finally agreed to refund they said it could take 7-10 working days. Today is the 10th working day and still nothing! Do not order from this company they are a scam. They answer your emails (eventually) but don't action any requests. Its save to say I have been scammed! I will now have to contact my bank to report and get a refund that way.

My order took 3 weeks, chased with daily emails and their ticket system but no response. The telephone number no longer takes customer calls - surely that says it all. Won't use them again.
I have used happy smile for a few years now and I have never had a problem. After reading these reviews this week I was worried about ordering I thought it had been taken over by a conman. I placed my order on Thursday evening and I received them this morning. Very fast delivery and brilliant products.
Ordered teeth whitener 7 days ago.
Received confirmation email after 4 days and then sent recorded delivery received 3 days after that.
Perfect condition and exactly what I ordered saving me an absolute fortune at the dentist! Very happy.
This is the second time I have used happy smile. I chased the order after a week and didn't get a response. I was starting to wonder if the bad reviews were true. I started the process with bank to get money back but then on Monday I got an email saying they were on the way and today it arrived. Would use again
Do not use these guys. They charged my credit card and I've been waiting over a month, still nothing. I've heard that in some cases the product has arrived eventually but they do not get back to you. Everything about this setup feels like a scam. Do not buy from this company,
**PUBLIC APOLOGY** During August 2015 we lost a member of staff sadly to long term cancer. It was a very sad time for HappySmile Dental Supply. Orders were delayed by upto 3 weeks. We make a "public apology" as we were not fully upto "operational" speed during that time. Rebecca had a very young family and left behind two lovely small young children. We did feel very sorry for our team
Member who we all had grown to love over 8 long years. We could of done things different and we learnt from those lessons. It did effect staff morale at that time due to grief. We are very sorry and we do take full responsibility. We did offer a poor customer service experience and delivery was late and this did upset customers during August 2015. We could not publish this public apology at the time as it was such a sad time for our staff at our dental supply company. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
Placed my order a month ago and have not yet received it. My credit card has been charged. I have submitted tickets and got no response. I have also sent numerous emails and got no answer.
