This is a scam. Been waiting a month. Sent many tickets and no response. The *******@happysmileuk.com only triggers a response email from mike, saying contact Sharon. Durr! They say they will respond to tickets within 48 hours. Maybe they mean 48 years, after which time I won't care if I had teeth or not! I know they exist and my PayPal account proves I paid. They sent the syringes without the tray, which was £39.99.
I originally reviewed this in Aug 2015. I've copied and pasted as it won't let me amend.
"Company will not respond to emails or "tickets" and calling either telephone number on the website leads to a recorded message stating telephone calls are no longer accepted due to the "Ticket system"
Only responses from emails are auto responses asking you to email the customer care manager (the person you have just mailed in order to GET this response)"
Edit - Company is now repeatedly contacting me (via this site) asking me to edit my review.
The order did eventually arrive after about 4 weeks. My above review regarding contacting the company still stands.

A 'reputable' company that refers to its customers as 'idiots' when they write an honest review of the service they received. Well done Happy Smile
Order didn't arrive and open a dispute case against them and they sent an email saying order wasn't accepted even though they have taken the money and sent an email saying order was accepted and sent in post! Avoid this scam

Placed an order and told it would be dispatched in days. When it did not arrived I sent their Sharon 3 emails asking where my order was an what was the tracking number. All were ignored.It was only when I opened a PayPal dispute did I get an email within minutes saying my order was not accepted. THIS WAS AFTER I WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN SENT 10 DAYS AGO.

This company may have delivered a year or so ago but now it is just a con to take your money without delivering any product. Emails will be auto replied despite your message. I doubt if Sharon, "customer service expert", even exists.
The products turned up this morning. Why can't they tell you the likely timescale for delivery and improve their customer communication and mange customer expectations.

Ordered goods to the value of £28 from this company 2 weeks ago and was promised next day delivery. Goods never arrived. There is no telephone number to contact them. I have emailed now every day for over a week and had no response. I am £28 worse off and considering contacting the police and trading standards. Blatant crook site.

I ordered my product 3 weeks ago! I had received an email from sharon telling me she was sorry for the delay and i would get 20% off my next order, however 2 weeks later i still do not have my order and now no replies to my emails. My first order was lost in 2015, but I re ordered again in 2016 and It was a faster delivery and the products worked a treat. However I was told by Micheal if i changed my review he would be willing to send out my lost order in 2015 to reimburse me, but this was several months ago now and i still do not have it. If you actually receive the products they are very good value but this kind of customer service is shocking.

I actually ordered from this website a year ago and i received my products within days, i ordered from them last week and have heard nothing! I didnt think anything of it until a week after i wondered where my parcel was so i sent an email, no reply, sent another email, no reply. I searched them on twitter and saw that there are numerous other people who havent recieved their products yet the money has been taken.
I'm guessing they were okay at first to get customers and then just scam everyone off once they'd built a base!
I am contacting my bank about this to get a refund from these scammers.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE.

I had written a negative review, as it had been over a month and I did not receive my products.
However, I have now received them.
I'd been told, via email, that my order was all received and shipped - but a month later, my account said the order was still 'processing'! Having sent a support ticket to Sharon (and having left a negative review on here), my order has arrived.
I have not used the products yet, so cannot say anything about their quality. I am giving three stars for the patchy service.
Excellent customer service from this company especially from a lady called Sharon. Will definitely be a returning customer. Nice bright smile at a great price

Ordered from them over a week ago and I have not received my product. They haven't got back to me via customer services either.

It states delivery within days. Two months later I don't have my full original order.
After the first month going back and forth with Sharon trying to get my products I spoke to Mike over the phone who assured me that he was very sorry and would send me a variety of products as a good will gesture for the inconvenience. Another month on and I have no received any thing and I'm even more furious.
I'm getting married in a few weeks and hoped by now I would be well into my treatment but haven't even started as I am still waiting for my custom fit moulds for myself and my fiancé. I'm so angry, upset and frustrated and both Sharon or Mike continue to ignore my emails! Please can someone help me or have a managers contract details as I just want my money back now. Thanks Ruth

The website looks great, really reassuring from the way they describe their service. But wish I'd googled them and found this site first! I am outraged as ive just paid over 500 quid for this polonight teartment from my dentist- what a rip off!
Happysmiles did it for under 50 quid what a saving!
Its hard to get these products if you are not a dentist
As ive tried all over but this happysmiles does the real thing good product exact same thing as what my rip off dentist gave to me. Does anyone know if a dentist is allowed to overcharge me such a high price? Please, please help me as i can not afford to loose 500 quid
Very happy with this company. Delivery was around 4 days. The products were excellent. I have used so many brands but the happysmiles 22% was outstanding. I would tell all my family and friends to shop at happysmiles. Very impressed and they have wonderful customer services. This was my first time ordering and I am over the moon. Thank you happy smiles as I am one very happy customer with very nice whiter teeth. I will not hesitate in telling others to order from you.

I ordered Poladay and I got it 7 days later, product was as described and well packed. I was regularly kept updated about the progress of the order, so I am a very "happysmily" customer and will definitely re-order from Happysmile. After reading the negative reviews and the answers from the company, I must admit that those negative reviews don't seem to be "very genuine" to say the least, the company must be doing a good job and sell good products, other wise competitors wouldn't go to that extend to take them down!

You see many tooth whitening products for sale but this company and site is excellent. They are highly recommended. They have so many products and services. Answer: Sorry to say this but you've been scammed. Contact PayPal and request a refund. I paid my order on my card and my bank refunded me a week later.
Answer: You Will not receive your order. Request a refund from your bank! I ordered 1515th March and never received my order. I e-mailed and raised tickets, still nothing so I contacted my bank and a week later got my money back.
Answer: I ordered 15th March can't guess what. I'm still waiting. The automated dispatched e-mail is just that. Automated and does not mean it's been posted. I've raised tickets and sent e-mails and got nowhere so I've now requested a refund from my bank. I suggest you get your money back as you'll not receive your order.
Answer: Hi I doubt HS is a genuine UK business because a genuine UK registered business publish their address and working phone number. Payments goes to Hong Kong. Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery doesn't take several days to arrive but it does if it's sent from Hong Kong, I know by personal experience. They don't supply the tracking number for the same reason as above. The five star reviews on this site and another are 'placed' and therefore faked. Two other businesses who's selling teeth whitening have reported Happy smile as malicious, coming from Michael Greenwood himself. You can check it yourself by clicking of a five reviewer's profile and look for their other reviews.
