A google search on this company and found they

Whoever I this Michael C is (CEO?) who has replied to some of the reviews on here is a very rude and nasty person judging by the comments he has made. There is no customer service dept, the phone number they list is a messaging company, I asked for the address for Happysmile which when I googled it I found it to be a London street with houses, digging a bit deeper I found that this address has 547 business's registered there! Scam? MOST DEFINITELY.

Happy Smile UK and Polanight.co.uk are businesses claiming to be distributors of SDI Pola whitening products.

Happy Smiles/Polanight.co obtain our products via dubious means. Pola products are manufactured in very strictly controlled enviroments, low temperatures and are transported to our legal distributors in temperature controlled conditions- hydrogen peroxide ( carbamide peroxide) is susceptable to warm temperature. Therefore I fear that what Happy Smiles/Polanight.co are offering an unsuspecting public is inferior, poorly controlled, out of date and ineffective product. This will result in a poor whitening effect at least and serious oral damage at the worst.

DO NOT purchase Pola products from Happy Smiles/Polanight.co- it may be cheaper but it WILL be be faulty and maybe dangerous. The only way to purchase these materials is to visit your dentist who will prescribe the correct product and will guarantee that it works-

And a message for Happy Smiles/Polanight.co. Cease and Desist this illegal trade or face the full legal consequenses from SDI and the UK Authorities who monitor such business- continue and our legal team is coming to get you!

Hi everybody, I have placed my order in happysmileuk... and receive it today, I'm from Russia so my order was delivered by post for 2 weeks, but I was disappointed because my pola Cource must include trays, but there're only gels, so I have to buy trays and spend my money for them, plus- in instruction (just printed text) there's information about keeping gel in fridge, but 2 weeks it has been without fridge during delivering, what about it?

I have shopped with happysmileuk.com and found them very helpful. I placed my order FEB 2011 and delivery was FAST only had taken 2 days to arrive. I ordered opalescence from them for me and the wife. The telephone support was helpful, to my suprise they even answer in an evening and was really handy as I work in the daytime. I have shopped on other websites but I found the prices to be really discounted. I spoke to Dan on the phone and he was great, really friendly and he also gave me an order tracking number. This company also seem to have lots of dental products available, far more products than on other sites and they sell to the public too. I can not fault them and have told my work friends to shop with Happy Smile. The other thing I like is that they offer free dental samples. Many sites do not seem to have a news section but happy smile likes to keep customers informed. Keep up the good work Happysmile as I am one very satisfied customer. Top marks. Thumbs up... I haven't bought from this site yet as I was just looking. I don't know about some, but when I read a 'professional' website that has so many spelling and grammar mistakes, my suspicions are instantly aroused, And the 'tirade' of defence by the so-called owner 'Michael G' on this review could have been written in better English by my 7 year old son! Use your heads! If they can't even be bothered to use spellcheck when writing their website then, I'm sorry but it shows a lack of care and pride. Do I want to deal with them? I don't think so - I think I'll use a 'professional' company!

I have just used happy smile uk to purchase my dentist bleach as the dentist charged me over £40 per tube and delivery was just next day and the price was excellent. They has secure online ordering system and i am very happy, wonderful service and they reply back to emails very fast and very professional. All my work friends use them all the time and have all ordered recently and every person is very happy, no complaints. Happy Smile no longer have any franchise opportunities and it must be that people must of ordered before from a 3 rd party some time ago. It is not like that anymore since i have been using them this year in 2010. We are all very happy and we have all saved a fortune. I also have purchased from happysmileuk.com. I never recieved the said confirmation email but my account was debited on the 11 Nov, a month later I have not recieved the goods I ordered. I have sent them numerous emails with only an automated response as a reply and I cannot get through to anyone on the helpline. This website is a scam. Do not go near it. After reading other comments on this forum I too will be taking legal action.
