The pathetic company thinks it's perfectly reasonable to reschedule 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. I guess they don't consider interrupting schedules to be a concern and obviously don't care at all their customers. I called to discuss my options and all calls are routed to a center in the Philippines where the "customer service" people have limited to ability to do anything helpful. Wayfair needs to partner with a much better service as this organization truly sucks.

As if the cancelling the day before Thanksgiving eve wasn't bad enough, the online chat agent would not help make the situation right. She said I had to wait 48 hours - which would have been Thanksgiving day. I was waiting for a bed set up so I didn't have a bed to sleep in that evening.
I asked for my issue to be escalated and she said she could not. I also asked her to try to find a replacement person and she said that was against protocol. It baffle me that someone would chose protocol over a helping a customer who already paid and did nothing to cause the situation.
BEWARE - this company is not customer focused at all!.
I had Bryan G. Who came in and mounted my 50 inch tv and full motion mount all by himself, he was very nice and friendly, he asked the right questions and did such an amazing job. He finished very quickly in which i was shock for, he even showed us how to move it and use it. 100/10, would definitely recommend him and using him again!
I can't even begin to explain all the different problems I've had with this company. From "pros" not showing up (which I realize isn't entirely their fault) to talking to at least eight customer service reps who continuously lie to me about me getting my $40 referral fee that has never gotten credited still after three months, to being hung up on after a 20 minute long wait cause the customer service rep didn't want to help me. I could go on and on. I tried to cancel but that is near impossible (and expensive) as well. It's still booking me for appts even after my contract is up and I still can't cancel without paying a fee. Steer clear - this is the worry company I have ever dealt with.
Everything about this transaction was easy, smooth, and successful. They sent David H to assemble furniture and he turned out to be a very impressive young man. He was prompt, courteous, professional yet personable, and very efficient. He even helped me clean up the boxes and packing material without me asking him to do so. I highly recommend this service! I would book through Handy.com in a heartbeat and I would be thrilled if they sent David H again. This is what service is supposed to be!

They kept me updated regarding finding someone to do the job for me, they sent a very skilled person to complete the work I needed. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I have over 40 jobs completed for this company and will not do another one. I work in Information Technology and am an extremely patient person but they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They will fine you and not hear your side of any story. I got sent to the wrong address (The real address was in a different state) and then fined because the customer stated I was a no show. I went to the address listed on the app. Customer service wouldn't help me and said I was 30ft from the actual GPS coordinates so they still counted me as a no-show. I was sitting in the address's driveway on the phone with the customer when we realized it was a Handy error.
They will send you standard pre-written responses that have nothing to do with your questions. They will say "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" when they haven't even attempted to help you in the first place. If you show up to a job that is supposed to be with another Handy employee and they don't show, you have to do twice the work and not get paid the other persons share. Its ridiculous. I can go on and on about how awful of an experience I've had. The customers are usually pretty good. It is 100% the fault of Handy's customer Service team that makes this an unenjoyable experience. Nobody should work for them.
I got more than I bargained for today! Kai C not only did a great job cleaning my place, he was pleasant, professional and efficient!

I've used Handy.com for cleaning and for professional services for over 6 years. Their cleaners are professional and where there's a problem Handy will sort it out. While they're not the cheapest supplier for cleaning, I live alone and it's important I can trust my supplier and Handy can be trusted. Same is true for their handyman services and I've seriously saved money on using them rather than other services such as Rated - far more accountability and transparency as Handy is the 'employer
Dont use this company. They treat customers horribly. They ask you when your are available for them to come and put your stuff together then they reschedule you to any day they feel like. They cancelled me 3 times I have proof of emails and then told me the computer said I rescheduled. And their saying about handy happiness is a bull, that only applies to the customers received their service not customers who they screwed over 3 times and didnt service, horrible company
This was the first time I have used Handy.com for installation. Everything went well. We liked Watson Dixon very much. The dishwasher was defective, so it's not installed.

Never heard of this site before but ordered a bed and I paid for them to put it together. Arrived on time, really nice bloke, no mess, perfect. Know where my first port of call will be in the future.
Savion and his worker were on time, and worked diligently until they completed putting the bed together. They were very friendly and answered all my questions…. I highly recommend them
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.
Answer: Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.

Answer: Wayfair is also a scam. It's just a matter of time. They are a middle man to hundreds of businesses. They sell products regardless of whether or not the product is available or in inventory. Eventually people will catch on...
