I attempted to assemble this gem solo and right out of the gate Wayfair had mislabeled the parts. Instead of a return, I scheduled David with Handyman for the job. David went above and beyond and I was satisfied with his efficiency and quality. I'll definitely be using Handy=David for future complex projects!
This is the first time I have used Handy. The ease of making an appointment online was amazing and I didnt have to wait weeks. Kenroy arrived at the time he was scheduled. Amazing service, fast, reliable and respectful of my house. He cleaned up after he was finished. I am very happy and will continue to use this service in the future for projects around my house. Toni called me when she finished her previous job to see if she could come early, which was fine with me! She showed up about 30 minutes early, and was completed prior to her original start time! I was thrilled with the final product, which was a kitchen cart. She's more than welcome to come back to my home at any time that I need Handy again! I'd highly recommend not only Handy, but Toni herself! Both are 0a 10 in my book! Thank you so very much Toni for doing such a wonderful job on my cart, and doing so, so quickly. I've used Handy for about a 1 1/2 yrs now. Every transaction with them has been smooth (even when I had a reimbursement). The professionals that come all take great pride in their work and do a wonderful job. It's also a great value compared to other companies near me.
Amir was very professional and nice. He followed all the safety procedures for Covid He took his time to make sure the bed was put together just right. I was so impressed that he put a queen over queen bunk bed together by himself. He made sure we were happy with the finished product before he left. Highly recommend!
Our service was impeccable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through the setup. He waited to make sure our boiler kicked on before he left and that our phones were properly synced and that the wi fi was connected. I highly recommend his service!

The person Darryl that was sent. He did a great job Darryl was on time and professional and friendly. He did social distance and kept his mask on. I had mirrored netting table and a portable wine and stemware cart put together excellently.
If there was a "0" I would have used it. We were contacted by Handy thru Angie's List to do our fall yard cleanup. There is no # to contact them - only email or leaving a call back #. Very poor communication. Our 1st "pro" didn't show up and after several email messages then finally a call from them, they tried to line us up with another - one person with a rake! We needed a crew and to have our leaves taken away. They don't provide that service. We finally canceled the order. Fortunately, the weather is cooperating and we're doing the job ourselves. We are both elderly and infirm. We needed to have this job done for us and they really let us down. Never again!
I scheduled moving services with Handy through the Handy app. The only information that the app offers, regarding moving help, is availability of service persons. My service people arrived (late and with an unprofessional demeanor and appearance) for the job without a truck. It was only at that time that I was advised that I will be responsible for having the truck available for the move. I was forced to cancel my service, with the only remedy (from Handy) being to reschedule when I have a truck available or credit 50% of the service to my account. There is no telephone number to reach a live person. Their customer service is non- existent and their site is limited in pertinent information.
Asked me where I would like my bike to be set up made sure I sat on it for the height awesome. Job well done Steve
