This company and their so called professionals are an absolute nightmare! If I could leave a negative 10 stars that is exactly what I would do! I plan on going to the BBB and taking all action necessary to get out of their ridiculous contract and get a refund!

Do Not ever use this Handy Cleaning Service Co. Floors were Not Swept, Mopped and definitely not vacuumed! Floors had dirt still on them. A moron would know this isn't cleaning. When complained to cleaning crew, she actually said rate it as you wish. Didn't even care. Even After sending her pictures!

We've had service with Handy for 6 weeks. Someone has shown up once! Yes, just once and that person was 2 hours late and left early.
Handy keeps charging us when no services were rendered and won't refund our money.

Zachary did a great job. He was on time. He was very polite. He knew what to do to get the job done. He worked by himself taking out old mattress and frame and setting up the new one. Also, made sure everything was cleaned up.

Don't use this service, its a scam. They pulled no shows on three occasions and am now experiencing the fight to get refunded. Have had to call in multiple times and keep getting different info

Bob did an excellent job of assembling our Kitchen Pantry Cabinet. He followed all of the CDC rules.

I am not sure about later on, but currently real good service! Just not sure about the expense on down the road. I have never been comfortable having anyone in my house but cleaner did a great job. My Handy Pro Allen was a lifesaver. I was unable to assemble a 72" TV stand and decided to obtain a professional. I contacted Handy and was assigned Allen L. He was diligent, focused, and considerate in his task and did an excellent job in assembling this piece of furniture. Allen L. Is the new pro that I will use in the future.

Bought a garage opener at Lowe's and paid $129.00 installation. I got 2 emails that Jonathan T will be there on 12/13 between 7:00 and 8:30. He never showed, I call handy at 9 & 10 AM and both times they said he was 20 miles out. I called all day and nothing but excuses. I am waiting for my refund for the install. BEWARE buying anything from Lowe's that Handy has to install. Lowe's should look at dropping this vendor.

Very comfortable with Dustin. He was very pleasant and efficient. Would consider using Handy again. Sorry he did not have a replacement part with him but we were able to purchase one nearby.

My handy professional Daniel H provided excellent service, he was on time and even a little early. He completed his 2 projects very quick and efficiently. He was just amazing and because of him I will use Handy again. ( Try to request him if you can).
