Gave them second shot. Booked moving help far in advance and as notified only days before that they couldn't find people... for the service they'd accepted and charged me for. Taskrabbit is a much better option, where you select people who are actually available at the date and time that you chose. Plus, you get to select exactly who shows up.

I've had Ronnieandre clean for me twice. He shows up on time, comes in and completes expected services per the online description. He always let's me know what room he'll be in and what he's doing which helps me feel comfortable. I'm looking forward to working with Ronnieandre again soon.

We paid to have a solid wood pergola installed. They only sent one person who stated there was no way he could do it. We called and Joleen said they would send to people that afternoon. I found put she lied when only one person showed again. I had to hire day workers to get the job done and now I am having issues getting a refund. May need to take legal action

Beware, customers or workers. I worked for them for more than a year, they are a rip off and a joke of a company. Everything becomes a mess. They are so bad they should not even conduct business.

Company takes 75-80% of $. Techs get few dollars and lie about booking info and what to do. That's why so many cancels and no shows. Handy is SCAM

Our service today was performed by Julian. He was prompt, a big deal to me. He was friendly and professional.

He asked permission to work where the furniture was going to be placed rather than just doing what was convenient for him.

Julian worked efficiently and left a spotless workspace.

His craftsmanship was very good.

When I have need for such services in the future, I will call Handy and request Julian.

We've used Handy a few times to assemble different pieces of furniture and every time they were friendly, professional, quick and did an awesome job! I highly recommend them.

I changed my appointment time on the app and got an e-mail confirmation of the time change but the Handy worker was still scheduled for the original time, I. E. the app does not communicate anything. I also gave a 1 star review because the worker could not complete the job because I didn't have the correct part. I was told I'd still be charged for the full 3 hours but would get a credit when I booked the next job. This was not the worker's fault and I didn't want her to get blamed. I got a $35 credit for a $170 job. Not sure if I want to use this service again unless I can communicate with a real person
