The ultimate professional. Goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Definitely would recommend him.
I would give 0 stars if possible because the person who came to change out my faucet broke my water filter, flooded my cabinet under the sink, then tried to tell me that parts aren't made with quality any more. Handy can't be reached - they just match and handle payment. If you have any issues, you're alone. I would NEVER hire them again. Cost me nearly $200, the job wasn't finished, AND I had to pay another $125 to another company to fix the water filter. Don't waste your money.
I wasn't quite sure about it in the beginning but I took a chance with it and I love it I don't have to worry about it your maid is always on time she gets in here and does exactly what she's supposed to do and because it's the same one all the time now I don't have to tell her what she needs to do or what has to be done she just knows what to do when she comes in she is very professional and polite I'm glad I found that website.
Callum was very friendly, he is very professional and highly skilled. He assisted us in assembling an ottaman bed, which was done to a great standard.
Kenneth from Handy is great! He cleaned our place & left it sparkling. We highly recommend Kenneth & Handy
When are homeowners gonna realize "Plumbers electricians, hvac, are all professionally licensed and bonded trades! Handyman have not been trained in the dangers associated with each trade nor do they know local state codes or laws nor are they insured if they install a water heater incorrectly and blow up your house for reducing the pressure relief valve from a required 3/4 minimum discharge line to the 3/8 copper tubing that was in installed 20yrs ago by Joe Blow that installed the previous heater on a drunken afternoon with his handyman buddies help to save some money you people will never learn cheaper isn't always better and you get what you pay for anyone having the title handyman without a state license in any of the 3 professions I named above are not worried about your safety or the safety of your children and cut corners to pad their bottom line and because they don't know any better nor attend mandatory state professional required continuing education classes nor held to the industry standards by local and state codes and code enforcement officials nor have the ability to pull required permits to be inspected by qualified inspectors upon completion of scope of work permit covers to transfer liability of insurance coverage if they screw up and cause irreparable damage to your home or its treasured contents so save a buck on your handyman and hope your house doesn't explode or burn down do to shady side show Bob the handyman not being properly trained dumb@$$£$
Booked a cleaning with Handy and it was great! Site was easy to use. I was able to book a cleaner 2 days out. Cleaner was hardworking and professional. Would definitely recommend!
Paul did excellent work for us. He went above and beyond to make sure he had all the necessary supplies and tools he needed before even showing up at our house. Paul even picked up needed supplies from Lowes before coming to work at our house. Paul cleaned up after himself and even wore shoe covers while he worked to keep our floors clean. Paul adjusted our screen door, drilled larger holes in our doors so we can now use smart deadbolts. Paul also repaired areas in our ceiling that needed sheetrock and new mud. We were so pleased with Paul's work that we plan on having him come back and do some outside work on our house whent the weather gets warmer. Thanks Paul! Keep up the great work!
Rahul was brilliant
Very courteous knowledgeable efficient and went up and above the call of duty to ensure health and safety was paramount
I ordered a bathroom cabinet with 4 drawers that requires assembly. To save myself from the hassle and frustration of putting this cabinet together I ordered ir with the assembly service. I'm very glad I did. Handy sent reminders for the booking, the handy pro was professional, courteous, followd safey protocol and completed the task in a timely manner. I will book Handy again!
My name is kuchakulla r. I work at Handy pro. I am writing an review at Handy Pro, about a customer experience. Why some customers are dishonest about there booking. David k is an. Dishonest customer I experience at Handy Pro. David k did not include his Extrem extra work to be added on his booking of price. David k was demanding additional work to be done in his booking. He made up story's on rating and posting, wich he tried to get extra work done without paying for job. I will never work with David k for any reason again. Wich I had to remove his dishonesty from my list.
Ordered a shed from Wayfair, who partners w Handy. Kept sending ppl who didnt know how to assemble or asked for. Pic and said cant. 2x sent a single repairman, when told 2 person job and noted as such. (I paid $330 for assembly) Still not assembled after 6X, and 30 days. Lousy customer service both by Wayfair and Handy!
I am very satisfied with using Handy. The contractor sent to do the job was outstanding and the price was reasonable.
Showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Stayed focused on job and cleaned up at the end. Ensured we were happy and pointed out some functionality of our assembled furniture.
Worst experience experience ever. After having cleaning service fiascos, where Pro just left without cleaning anything, I complained and have got only $20 credit, I payed a tip to cleaner more than that. Being so upset with my experience I called to cancel the subscription, still hand to pay the high cancellation fee and delete the app. And even 2 years after I see $199 charges on my credit card, seriously? What cand of scam is this?
Actually booked Handy through WalMart.com even though I didn't purchase the furniture there. Bought an office suite from NBF and needed assembly after delivered. I did some searching on the Internet and came across assembly services on Walmart, actually offered by Handy.com. The tech was on time, pleasant, professional, and got everything assembled perfectly. He took great care with our newly-painted walls and new floors, and even asked if we'd prefer he remove his shoes in the house (we didn't). I highly recommend Handy.com and Nick- very satisfied customers!.
Good service all around, customer service best, on time, had all tools needed take apart bunk beds, very polite an helpful
Miguel did an awesome job installing a mirror I recently purchased. Unfortunately I experienced a faulty job where the mirror crashed to the floor after 10 mins of the job being complete. He was very thorough, understood my concerns and didn't leave until I confirmed that the mirror was secured to the wall. Highly recommend.
I needed barstools assembled and the technician Daniel arrived early, was professional, and completed the job well within the allotted time. I will certainly use Handy again.
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.
Answer: Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.
Answer: Again, these should not be appearing in the automatic feed for FAQ's? Who is doing QA around here?
Answer: Probably should not list someone's personal telephone number in the FAQ feed. What do you guys think?
Answer: Wayfair is also a scam. It's just a matter of time. They are a middle man to hundreds of businesses. They sell products regardless of whether or not the product is available or in inventory. Eventually people will catch on...
