I needed a recumbent bike assembled and Handy sent out a pro named Brian. He called to see if he could arrive a little early, which worked perfectly for my schedule. Once he arrived, he got right to work. He had my bike assembled in no time. Then he showed me his work to make sure I approved and fixed all the settings on it so it fit me perfectly. He even took out all of the boxes and garbage out to the dumpster for me. I was highly impressed. He was polite and a hard-worker. I couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the third time I have used Handy and I will continue to use them because they always send out good people and their work is impeccacable. I highly recommend Handy.com and recommend Brian if you need something assembled and Anna C. If you need your house cleaned. Anna C. Comes to my house every month and I couldn't live without her. He was very careful bringing it into our home and was very meticulous in making sure that it was installed perfectly. It was a pleasure having an installer who took the time to do the work properly, as though it was his own home.
This was a difficult job. Michael looked things over and went to work.
Michael was extremely polite, and he knew how to install and hook up accessaries. He bagged up unused parts that I will need when I move in about a year. Extremely pleasant fellow. If there were 10 stars I would give him 10 stars.

I am a senior living on a fixed income. I found Ashley very friendly and engaging, but after she left there were a few things I noticed that either were not done, or were not done well. But this review is about Handy.com. I am not at all pleased with how difficult it is to find a telephone number to call in order to voice concerns about the professional who was sent over to complete the tasks required. I realize that this was a 'discount price' that was offered for a limited time, but should not the quality of service be the same as if it were full price?
I really appreciated that I was able to book an appointment on a weekend. Jason C. Was prompt, professional, and courteous. I would definitely schedule him with Handy for another service if the need arises.
I bought two faucets through Wayfair and paid to have Handy install them. The "pro" broke one of my sinks. Handy has made no effort to fix the problem other than offering me $175 for a new sink. AND, they want me to sign a release which states if I take the money, I can be fined $5000 for posting a negative review - regardless of the veracity. STAY away. FIND your own handyman.
Unfortunately Wayfair uses them for assembly of products purchases. But do NOT use them. They just ripped us off. We paid for 2 assemblies for 2 items and they are trying to combine them into one assembly, thereby basically robbing us of money we've already paid. DISGUSTING! It is now my mission to let others be aware of how horrible they are to work with.

Ordered dining chairs from Wayfair and as they were flat pack needed them to be put together as being elderly not able to do this ourselves. Appointment was made with Handy who arranged the appointment for the day after goods were delivered. Nipa arrived at exactly the time arranged. He was smartly dressed, very polite and courteous. No problem with the social distancing with job was completed efficiently and fairly quickly. Would recommend and will use Handy again if needed.

Dee did an excellent job assembling several pieces of furniture and mounting my TV. He was extremely professional, kind and the quality of his work was first-rate. I highly recommend him!

I needed to have a computer desk assembled and contacted Handy. Previously they sent a worker to assemble a trundle bed and I was very satisfied with the competence of their worker. I called them to have the desk assembled. Sergio arrived on time and assembled the desk. I am very happy with his work and can finally have a decent work space. Sergio worked diligently and I am very relieved to finally have this work completed. I originally contacted someone to do this job and he had all the parts laid out and I couldn't use the room. He was unable to do the job and I was desperate to have the desk assembled. Since I had Handy work for me before, I contacted them and the appointment was made for a few days later and the job was completed.
Used Handy for assembling a large TV Stand/Cabinet and would definitely use them again. Tech adjusted the doors that weren't fitting correctly because of the manufacture provided hinges and pre-drilled holes, and put felt feet on the legs to prevent scratching of the wood floor.
Matt came and put up my pergola. Unfortunate all of the letters came off but he was able to put it together using the pictures. Matthew did a great job! I highly recommend Matt and Handy.
Used handy twice for home cleaning - please stay away at all costs. Unfortunately I signed up for a package and they won't let me get out of it, even though their so-called "pros" know as much about cleaning as my 8 year old. When I tried to tell handy, they just offer token gift cards so I'm stuck with this waste of time and energy that I paid for. Even a small bathroom, takes an hour or more. So, during a 4-hour session I got two bathrooms + a powder room done (with mildew still visible in the shower and dirt gobs on the floor - from being mopped without being swept first), partial kitchen and a very soapy main floor. Each time the service was done, my husband and I had to spend another few hours cleaning up their mess. Handy should definitely drop offering cleaning services and leave this up to the regular cleaning companies. So disappointed!
Craig was on time, pleasant, and professional! He also did a fine job! He went through my home and did everything I had asked. I'm very sure he will do a great job for us.
Answer: They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.
Answer: Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.

Answer: Wayfair is also a scam. It's just a matter of time. They are a middle man to hundreds of businesses. They sell products regardless of whether or not the product is available or in inventory. Eventually people will catch on...
