Ayala did a very good job at cleaning my house. I would like to have her to be my pro for every cleaning.

Purchased setup of home furnishings thru Ashley furniture. The experience was great. Our service person stayed in communication until the install date and fulfilled the job with no issues. He was very professional and personable. Highly recommend!

I have used handy for years. Works really well for our household. Very reliable in ensuring our house is cleaned at a certain time every one or two weeks.

My Handy man Derrick was an wonderful pro. He Was fast, efficient, and he was on time. He greeted my kids, which is always an plus. He brought my version to life. He was very patient with my indecisive self. Thank you so much Derrick.

I have been a contractor with handy for little over 2 months I've asked for supervisors to call me or message me or email me I can never get anything from them. For instance when I showed up for a job on time completed the task worked for over 4 hours and handy won't pay me my 4 hours all the agents say is customer canceled due to weather well the customer canceled after I did the job and completed it through the app and then they still took it away they've done this to me three times

I have used Handy three different times for different projects and was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the 'experts' that performed each of the jobs. The most recent project was a housecleaning. Karizma was the professional, and she did an excellent job. She was courteous, professional, and knew her business. She cleaned the inside of my oven until it was spotless! She did a fantastic job on cleaning my full bath, and my kitchen floor was spotless as well! She cleaned it as if it were her own home. Thanks, Karizma! I hope to hire you again in the future!

Partnered with a furniture store I bought a dresser from to help assemble it. I ended up needing to reschedule, which was hassle-free, and the handyman was friendly, quick, and helpful.

Super job by Nicole & her husband, Titus, installing six window drapes & hardware.
Arrived on time, worked efficiently and always asked me if measurements were to my preference.
Very pleased with the results and their professional demeanor in our home. They cleaned up all
Packaging trash for me to place in the garage. Will definitely call on them again when needed!

We recently bought a bedroom set for my son from a furniture retailer online, and it required assembly. We used Brian W from handy.com and he was amazing. He showed up on time, was respectful and polite, and did a wonderful job assembling the bedroom set for us. Would highly recommend the service!

The operative was punctual, considerate (mask), courteous, and just got straight on with job. I would strongly recommend using this service.

They arrived early after a phone call asking if that was ok, which I appreciated because a 12-8 window is crazy when people have lives. The guy that installed my bed arrived, he was nice enough and he was hard working, and he did a very nice job with the install. I was very pleased with his work. The stars on my review are a direct reflection not of the person who did the install. There was another guy that showed up about 15 mins after the first guy arrived with a clip board and said he was with Handy, which was confusing and I told him at first he was double booked because the guy was already in my house working. He explained to me he was there to kinda oversee the job, so I let him in and he handed me a piece of paper to fill out. Then started asking me all kinds of personal questions, which made me feel super kuncomfortable. As I floated around my house doing my daily chores he just kinda sat around my house and it was bizarre. He wasn't helping the other guy and wasn't even in the room helping him - it felt off. Thankfully, The contractors who are working in my backyard showed up and then he left so I was like thank God. He ended up coming back towards the end of the job and again just milled around my house. He did end up helping the other guy at the very very last five minutes. But it was awkward for me at that point- I saw no reason for his presence here. Lastly, when they left, they left a huge mess on my carpets, like those little annoying styrofoam balls everywhere. I had to vacuum the room that they worked in and the leading hallway. I paid $190 for this service. Every other contractor that's ever been in my house for various reasons fully clean up after like they were never here. It was disappointing. I won't use them again.

Shaun was timely, followed safety precautions, went straight to work installing new Garbage Disposal. Communicated as needed. Awesome experience! I would definitely request Shaun again.

Florinel arrived bang on time and put together a tv stand for me, together with LED lights and in a fraction of the time envisaged.
Florinel put plastic boot covers on without being asked to & was very informative & exuded confidence in the task in hand.
I would recommend his workmanship for any job like this.

They are terrible service and Lowes should be ashamed for using them. First, they scheduled a toilet installation for 10 days out. The 10th day came and I called and the installation guy said he thought someone else took the job. I complained to Handy and was told they would send someone the next day but then got a message saying it would be 5 more days and that appointment was going to also be rescheduled. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced because of the broken English they speak. I had bought the service February 1st.
