Chance are you've landed here having Googled Hampton Lovett Consultant Surveyors Ltd after receiving one of their unsolicited emails.

They've clearly obtained a mailing list from a disreputable source that generates "likely" email addresses by combining directors' and company names. This is also a technique frequently used by spear-phishing organisations, that attempt to deceive and defraud companies by targeting senior executives.

It's unclear whether they're simply clueless, or shady and disreputable - either way they're best kept at arm's length. Probably also worth dropping a line to the ICO, as they're clearly in breach of many data protection regulations.

Their Surveyor were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to any business to reduce their rateable bill. They will not waste your time if there is nothing to be gained.
