My mother used to order from Haband as they had good thick quality items! But this is not the case any longer! I called customer. Service as shoes not included in package, but a cheap poorly sewn shirt I didn't order was! Trying to explain this to an agent was useless plus no music in background but roosters crowing I background. I refused to pay $10- to return shirt, requested a mailing label to return, then they asked me to return shoes that were not enclosed. Last order ever for me from any company overseas. Americans wake up, force companies to return to the USA looking forward to American made again
I left a good review before because I liked the shoe. Its was too narrow, but I asked customer service if they would waive the $9.99 return fee if only for an exchange. They would not! Never again will I order shoes online.
Title says it all! Nothing fits. Label says 36 XS, they are closer to 33-34 and length is about 32. Shirts feel apart in no time.
I'm usually satisfied with the quality, so long as I'm careful to order exactly what suits me.
I'm not pleased with the exchange/return arrangements, where returned merchandise ships back for"free", using pre-printed supplied label, but a flat $10 is charged back for the trouble. This makes few returns worth the effort and I have kept and altered clothes rather than suffer this indignity. There is no alternative to this arrangement.
Don't return anything and expect to get back the actual amount of money you paid! If you received a discount such as 20% or a discount amount for ordering multiple item, then your refund will be reduced AGAIN by that same amount, meaning you WILL NOT GET BACK THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU ACTUALLY PAID. And then when you call they lie about the amount of money that you actually paid to them for their inferior products! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!
I ordered a couple pair of slippers for my husband for christmas received them there is no way they are a 11 EEE he could not even get the top of his foot in them i was going to send them back but now they want a 9.99 charge to send them back thats almost the cost of the shoes i am very upset then they are very cheap looking i will never order from this company again waiting for a response from them
Ordered two pairs of Flannel Slacks for my husband. Total bill $53.39. They sent the wrong size. Returned immediately and included the page where the slacks were advertised and a copy of my order. They sent me a check for $3,41. Sorry, but they made the mistake and so I should be reimbursed the total amount. I called them today and talked to some woman who sounded like she was in another world. I got no satisfaction. I highly recommend that no one buys anything from this company. They are not posted on BBB or Yelp so I shall call the state to find out how I can get my money. Nothing worse than dishonest people. I have a copy of both order and photo from their company. I shall make copies tomorrow and will forward it tomorrow. Please respond and I will send you the copies. Thank you for any help you can afford me. P.S. Today I received two catalogues from them. I first ordered from Haband about 3 years ago. I can tell you that it takes a couple of weeks to get your order, the customer service is so-so at best, the quality and sizing are both extremely inconsistent, some of the items are pretty good quality but some of the items are just straight up garbage (think shoes where the sole separates from the upper after being worn twice; seams just never sewed, seams literally shredded after one wash). The best collection that they had (Salon Studio) has all but disappeared and what's left is largely the same stuff that was there three years ago. There are always items under the heading "New Arrivals" but honestly, nothing to get excited about - it all looks the same.
My mother ordered a pair of shoes, order came no shoes because was out of stock, the refund for the item was less than the cost of the item by over 6 dollars. After long discussion with their CS rep, they refuse to refund her the proper amount. Her last order was her last order with this company.
Thank you Haband we placed our order on 11/23 and received our order in 11/30. Everything was as we ordered and all fit perfect. We will shop here again.
I had ordered some clothing and then a few days later made another order. I actually did not read reviews for the company site before ordering. I read the poor reviews after the second order was processed and I was more than a little worried that I had made a bad move. I was pleasantly surprised that both orders arrived in less than a week, all of the clothing arrived and was as advertised. Quality was overall pretty good or definitely a least equal to the low price I paid. Sizes were correct and true to usual sizes (all items were plus sized for both men/women's clothing.) I found the shopping experience overall good and will order from them again and hope future purchases go as well.
I was placing an order with person who couldn't understand English very well. Had to repeat excessively. After order was taken, I was oferred additional items even after I said my order was completed, repeatedly. One out of the six clothing items ordered was in stock and in my choice of color, however the other five were either backorders
and/or color not available. I was offered a shipment program for express shipment and protection if lost. I asked if this was a common reoccurring issue with them. Now, why would I want to pay for protection for items on backorder to be expressed shipped to me if they already acknowledge shipping issues. And to top this off, I would be responsible for incorrect items shipped to me if indeed I do ever receive such orders.
I ordered a dress for my 85 yr. Old Mom's birthday. It took many weeks to get there and I was receiving false shipping info the whole time. When she got it, it didn't look like the picture and she returned it. The next day Haband took an auto payment out of my debit account for 9.99. I paid 38.72 for the dress. They refunded me 29 something.
The most recent catalog was full of what looked to me like extremely cheaply made merchandise and I don't plan to use this company again.
Avoid this company like a plaque, they are scammers, I ordered a suit and after waiting like a month they delivered to me a complete different thing from what i ordered, and it was not only a wrong thing, the thing was cheap and i returned it immediately and as if that was not bad enough their bank comenity was asking me to pay them interest for the period.
How do one pay interest where he didn't benefit and it was not my mistake?, so they have ruined my credit they have also put my phone on robot call to irritate me to pay them the interest amount.
This is one of the poorest services one can ever get, the best just a void them as you would avoid COVID-19.
I ordered a pair of men's boots, size 10D. 10D has always been my size and I never had a problem with fit. Haband's boots were much smaller. No problem. I sent them back. However, it cost me shipping both ways. Out about $22. Half the cost of the boots.
I ordered, paid and received my one time purchase in September totalling $70 and the product I received was satisfactory. What I didn't know is they were taking $14.97 out of my checking account in October and again in November showing on my bank statement as "VIP Recurring" charges.
When I called customer service billing to find out what the charges were for they had no idea. I was transferred to billing and no one was on the other end I mean dead air. I tried 3 times same thing before calling my bank to block them and are in now in the process of disputing the charges. Buyer Beware.
My Mom is unable to get out to shop. She got a haband catalog in the mail. She ordered from it. The shoes are from China and made cheap and 2 sizes small. Then they charge $ 10 to return their cheap products. Not good costumer service, they cant do anything. I will be tossing those catalogs that come every week. Mom can order from other companies with quality items and better service.
Bought something for my mom's birthday, first time with this company and it took so long to ship out and to deliver, that it was over a week late from her birthday. One item was discontinued but they didn't bother to let me know and it was still listed on shipping receipt.
Sizing is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Now waiting another 30 days trying to get a refund.
After multiple calls and emails. JC called me back and placed a new order with the original discount codes that were available when I placed the lost orders. I appreciate the response, even though it took several calls, emails and waiting two days.
Answer: Standard Shipping is USPS (postal service). The shipping cost is based on the amount of your purchase: $5.99 for a purchase under $20, up to $16.99 for over $100. Express Shipping is UPS ground and costs an additional $6. If your order is under $20, Express shipping will cost you $11.99 total.
