I ordered two shirts from HABAND. I paid extra 18.98 $ for faster shipping because they had to leave at a certain date to my home country in South America.
INSTEAD OF TWO SHIRTS I RECEIVED A PACKAGE OF 20 SONIC BADGES.
After a telephone conversation, I received an E-mail saying I was going to have a full refund because logically it's not FAIR OR HONEST that I WOULD PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T RECEIVE.
I have only received the amount I paid for the cost of the shirts + taxes of 27.8 $. Still missing the shipping amount of 18.98 $.
IN THIS CASE THE HONEST THING WOULD BE TO HAVE THE SHIPPING AMOUNT BACK TOO.
Still waiting for an answer.
Haband is not my style but I do get lots of my fathers clothing through them. He enjoys the cut and style of their pants and zippered up shirts. All of the clothing hold up well and no ironing required on many clothes items. No ordering or shipping issues at all
THE FIRST ORDER I PLACED WITH THEM WAS FOR SOME PANTS AND THEY WERE MADE WELL AND OF A GOOD FABRIC. THE LAST ORDER I PLACED WITH WAS ALL SENT BACK BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS SIZED INCORRECTLY. Shirts AND PANTS WERE ALL TWO SIZES TO LARGE. IT WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT TO RETURN EVERYTHING, SO I NO LONGER. YOU JUST CAN'T TRUST WHAT YOU GET FROM CHINA ANY LONGER.
Good value. Great service prompt delivery with return if not satisfied policy.
I ordered 2 pair of slacks from the ad they had said price was $12 each so sent check for $24 free shipping, then started getting emails on back order finally got email one shipped then got a bill for more money $8 more so am sure they will get the $8 but will never order from them again as I feel ad is misleading.
I've ordered several times now from Haband and really like it. Their sizes are accurate and great quality! The only issue I had is that the knock-off cologne wears off way too soon. But it does smell pretty much like the name brand cologne.
I notified Haband weeks ago about a problem with the "check out" function on their website. Heard back from them that they'd found the problem and were fixing it. Weeks later... still not fixed. Doesn't work on any browser I try -- same problem. No problems shopping anywhere else (which is what I'm doing -- take notice, Haband), so it ain't me. Ordering by regular mail takes too long; ordering by phone is a lousy connection to a foreign call center. Haband used to be good to shop with. Now, not so much.
