If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. They are a bunch of crooks. For one, I had to pay an additional $9.99 to return a pair of moccasins that they sent by mistake. I paid $15.99 plus tax for these shoes. Today I received an e-mail stating that they are going to give me a refund for $13.98. Something just doesn't quite add up. I think they should at least give me $26.00. Ten dollars for the additional shipping and sixteen for the shoes. I will never do business with this company again.

Don't order from this joke of a place I ordered 4 full zip sherpa hoodies and they sent me dinner ugly $#*! purple and green v neck t shirts with 3 old $#*! 1950 big button sweaters I will never order anything else from this joke of a company and btw I didn't receive not 1 hoodie if I could go less than 1 believe me I would

Not trustworthy

I've ordered shoes for my husband on line. Price was great and shoes seems nice. I've got Email with confirmation that it is available. After two weeks I've checked order status and it was "reordered'? I place order on October 14, today is November 12. I called company and was notified that order was canceled. I asked why it was available and then it was not and why I didn't have any Email about it. They don't have and sensible answer for it. This is cheap company which bates you with amazing offers and then pretend it not available

Won't Cancel Order

Ordered the wrong sizes over weekend. Customer service not open on weekends. Sent two emails telling them I need to change or cancel. They Refused. Said it was processed. But it wasn't shipped and wouldn't be shipped for days. No way to reach management or headquarters staff. Worst experience I've had. I will be forced to pay for their return. Spent hours on the phone and got no where. What a nightmare.

Their returns are costly

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One pair didn't fit. Will cost me $10.99 to return using their smart label for a pair of shoes costing $39.99. I have learned my lesson with this company. Will not do any more orders with this online company.

I wound up being charged more money when trying to return a pair of irregularly made shoes and then even tho I had mailed it back to them before the return deadline, the postal service didn't deliver it to them until after the deadline and they refused to reimburse!

They sent the irregular shoes back to me and then auto-signed me up for a ridiculous $14.99 per month service to get "10% off coupons on their products and vacation travel deals" No Joke! I didn't catch that cost on my Chase credit card for several months due to helping my 85 yr old Dad with his long battle of cancer care for Stage 4 Melanoma. He was in the hospital almost dying 4 times during his cancer care. So by the time I found those charges, I called Haband & they insisted I signed up for that crap and refused to reimburse. I called Chase and Chase called Haband on my behalf.

I don't know what they said to Haband, but Chase got this crappy company to reimburse my account 100% of what they were auto deducting from my Chase credit card! I'm still out over 60.00 for those horrible irregular shoes but so happy that Chase got about $100.00 back from Haband for me.

Below are two photos showing that the right shoe is irregularly made in the toe area and as a result the inside area of whole top half of the right shoe is smaller than the left shoe so I couldn't fit my foot into into the right shoe at all. My mother has a smaller foot than me and she tried them on and it was too tight and unwearable for her also.

Ridiculous! Please stay away from this company.

You'll get your order... eventually. If you need something ASAP, this isn't the website to order from. Most items will go on backorder. With what is available, a couple weeks after placing your order you'll see it's still in processing. After about a month, your items will ever so slowly begin to trickle in as they become available.

Pathetic Company

First and last time I will ever ordered from these people. Their customer service sucks, shipping is slow, wanted to cancel my order prior to it even being sent out they said it was already being processed at the warehouse though it hadn't been sent out. I said, so cancel it, no can't do that, then they turn around and charge $9.99 to return something. I'm not even going to pay that I'm going to actually take these to the local thrift store and let the lady sell them. This company blows. I'm so disappointed. I would recommend never doing doing business with them, I sure won't be using them ever again.
I wish I didn't even have to give them a 1 rating. They're just pathetic.

Just spoke to customer service, after paying $7.00 to receive a product that was too large, now I must pay $9.00 to return it. This is why Amazon will put this company out of business.

I have been a customer of Haband for years. I watch for the closeouts and clearance since I am fat (just short for my weight). They do stock large sizes. Now the trouble spots. They have the slowest shipping. More of a concern their quality is spotty. Their quality control people must use really good intoxicants, legal or otherwise. Some items are completely wrong sized or come in really strange colors. I just got an order of polo shirts that has blue piping on the web but showed up being piped in an odd green color. I think the quality control people are color blind as well as floating in a different reality. To be fair I have gotten a few items that were better than portrayed on their website. I would definitely stay away from linens and the like, they have been really low quality. In summary if you are very careful and fat and go with clearance and special sales you might get a good deal. But be very careful. Let me put in a plug for Hanes.com that also has some big sizes, decent quality, and reasonably fast shipping. When they have sales which they often do you can't get a better deal on sweats, shorts and polos..

I had to return 3 items as they were not sized correctly. I ordered 2 size 8 capris that were clearly a size 12-14 though they were labeled as an 8. I also ordered a shirt, size small, because my only other previous order with them was for 2 shirts in medium which were HUGE. Since they were inexpensive, I simply gave them away. Anyway, the capris literally fell off me and the shirt was not only too small, but stained. I emailed them asking how I could return the items WITHOUT CHARGE since the items were clearly defective & they INSTRUCTED me to use their return label. Well, they billed my credit card for $9.99 for the return! When I emailed to question this, they said it was because I used their return label. DO NOT ORDER FROM HABAND! I knew the clothing wouldn't be high quality but what I received was beyond defective and their deceptive practices are beyond reproach. Tina Oden

The worst company ever!

I ordered 4 items returned wrong size! A month later no credit only another charge of 9.99. I called and they said that they are crediting my credit card $ 10 less than the purchase plus the 9.99 change for return shipping. That is almost $20 I am losing with the return! Disputed with my bank! I hope no one else orders from them! I know I never will!

I ordered 3 things I returned one thing from the order it did say they would take off $9.99 off the order I am aware of that, but I wasn't aware they would charge my Debit Card the $9.99
Plus give me all the money back from the return, but I never gotten an email saying they was going to do this I talked to someone they said Haband never took $9.99 from my debit card I called back an hour later, and then i talk to someone else they told me they do that so they took out $9.99 out of my debit card just to give me back $34.99 why didn't they just take out the $9.99 off the $34.99, and just credit my debit card for $25.00 people situations is different I usually don't have $10.00 left in my account each month to cover the cost I will never order from this company again this is the first time i ever ordered from them never again.My friend was going to order from them she even changed her mind after what they did to me.if you are going to order from them make sure you have $9.99 in your bank account to cover the cost.

Rip Off

I ordered 2 microfiber Queen size bedspreads in the color taupe. What I RECIEVED is Very Very thin 100% polyester
Cream color not taupe. I will never order from Haband again. $9.99 to exchange the bedspreads with no guarantee I will get the correct order. I will donate these items. When I called customer service you can't understand their attempts to speak English.

This is racket!

Ordered three items, was quoted the price, paid it. They send my order with only two items and an increased charge. Go through all kinds of hoops to speak to somebody, finally get someone in India who has been trained to just ignore all complaints. They finish the call with a promise that they will refund money for the shirt, but it is considerably less than what I paid for the shirt. The operator says that is the "way we do business." I doubt I will ever see this supposed refund but one thing I know for sure, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RACKET AGAIN!

Been a long time Haband customer as my father before me. Second time in 6 months, a delayed / lost shipping, and customer service just placates me. Ordered on July 9, shipped July 12, delivery confirmation from THEIR websitevstated delivery by July 18 8:00 pm. That came & went. I called on July 20, they insisted I wait until until the 24th. I waited one extra day. Called customer service on 25th. Another attempt to placate me to wait until 28. Then they offered to reship order. So it can get lost too? Not this time. I requested refund: Have to wait 3-5 days. Thought it was isolated, but guess not. I'm aware this isn't Amazon prime, but two weeks and still no package? Really? Had this issue 8 months ago. In this day & age. I know my address is good, everything else makes it here fine - UPS, Post Office, FedEx, hell even DHL and private shipping companies.
Haband, you lost a customer - do you even care?

Boy great bargains, but why does it take almost 3 weeks to get an order when they say it is stock.

From the time you place the order that takes 3 days for them to receive it, then for them to pick it takes a week then to ship it takes 8 days or more. In this day and age you would think they could speed up the process. I guess Im used to Amazon. Would not order again.

Beware of Haband

First box arrived that was supposed to have two bottles of cologne, the huge box that could hold an end table if it was narrow, was broken where the tape was and had one small piece of packing paper and one snake like plastic air filled green tube and one catolog, and the cologne had falled out the gaping hole. I called, the company in the Philipines and a new box was sent still large but not as big as the other one. All was intact in spite of the busted tape, one deflated green plastic tube, one catalog, and one huge piece of packing paper.At least I have the cologne now.

It has been this experience and the 29, yes 29 pairs of Sara Morgan pants that have convinced me to quit. The pants have caused me to have a severe rash, and as much as I love the pants I have come to the conclusion its not safe to have these sores. Haband does not care. Contacting them was met with a deaf ear, so I am donating them to charity and taking the tax write off. Which will be over $200 since they are selling for that in resale shops. I also have notified Haband I am through, and want no more catalogs nor email. Be warned they are not a good company.

Big disappointment!

I did order two things yesterday and I have two questions, so I called customer service waiting for 15 minutes Finally, I have someone I can talk with, and here I am disappointed I can't understand him because he don't speak English, next disappointment. I asked for a second person I lake to talk same don't speak English. And so no one could help me. Looks like nobody cares about the customer, Very unkind, Big disappointment

I ordered two pairs of medium length size 38 waist pants. They are too long and to big around the waist for me, although in any other pants that I would buy in a store, that is the right size. Haband wants $9.99 for me to exchange them. I am very saddened by this, and will never ever shop with these rip-off folk again. I advise you against buying clothes from their also. They probably will not fit, and you will PAY to exchange them.
