I order several pairs of jeans. After seven (7) weeks of waiting for them to process the order, I tried to cancel the order. I was moving and did not have a forwarding address. The customer service person said it was canceled. I looked at my account again 2 weeks later and it said they were still processing the order. I told them AGAIN that I would not have a forwarding address. I canceled it AGAIN. The customer service person said (again) that they would cancel the order. Three weeks later, I received an email saying they SHIPPED the order. Now the order is lost somewhere and they collected the money from my charge account. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND NOT HONEST. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.
A few months ago I order pants for my husband 28" lenght got 34 " and legs so wide i had to alter the pants alright one mistake so I did another order a pair of shoes for my husband he likes them very comfortable ordered two pair of twill capris and two pair of denim shorts all four pairs are so large in the legs again I had to shorten and take in the legs the twill pants are silly polyester okey for around the house i wouldn't wear them out the short one pair twill and the other pair they are awful plus they sent me two orders of the same thing I wouldn't accept the one order now it's waiting to get my money bsck. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling such junk. I wish I could take pictures but it's hard to show the quality of fabric.
I totally believe this "so called business" is a scam. I am ready to get my bank's loss prevention involved, so that I can get a total refund back. Anyone looking into purchasing from this site, DON'T DO IT! By the way, you can't submit a review until you click on at least one star rating. Unreal!
I placed an order 4 weeks ago for my Uncle who recently was admitted to a long term care facility. I called a week ago and told the representative I will cancel my order if I can't get the merchandise soon as his Physical Therapist requested I get him elastic waisted pants to aid him in dressing himself and she told me my order was being picked up by UPS for delivery in a day or two. Needless to say it still hasn't shipped and I'm furious and embarrassed that it is taking so long to provide what was a simple request from his care team. Will never, ever order from this company again!
I placed an order over 3 weeks ago they have not done anything with my order, so I called to cancel my order and they told me it was being shipped that day, it did not ship. When I called back the next day they put me on permanent hold, and when I called back they told me oh it was too far along in the process to cancel

I ordered 2 sweaters for my mom for Mother's Day. After a month and 3 phone calls, they still haven't shipped and Haband won't let me cancel the order. At least I paid through PayPal and haven't been charged, but they told me that when they do ship, it will be my 96 year old mother's job to return them for a refund (I got her something else for Mother's Day). Don't order from these people!
This was my first purchase from Haband. I ordered some Large Tee Shirts and a pair of jeans. I thought the large shirts might accentuate my middle! But they fit really well. I was impressed. Also, the jeans fit very well and the denim seems heavier and of better quality than the Wrangler's and Rustler's I've bought recently. So why 3 1/2 stars? I thought shipping was extremely slow. I ordered on May 7 and received on May 20. A day short of 2 weeks. They advertise 6-8 business days for shipping. Maybe Amazon has spoiled me! I also had a 10% coupon, but they only took 10% off one item. So I only saved about $2 on a nearly $60 order. Not too impressive. Also, I noticed a $9.99 charge to return an order. I think that's pretty crappy for such slow shipping. I would order again, but I would lower my expectations on service.
Paid $18.99 for express shipping! Took over 14 days to receive for a Mothers Day gift! Took 6 phone calls! Only wanted to give me $6 refund on shipping.
Scam company will take you money not send you the right products so you will have to send it back so they can charge you for it to continue getting more money from you
I placed an order with Haband on 4/23/21 for a Mother's Day gift. This would give them 16 days to fill the order, ship, and deliver it. Their website states 1-2 days for order processing, 6-8 days for standard shipping. It is now 6 days later, this order has not processed or shipped. I called customer service twice, called the Bluestem Brands Inc. corporate headquarters today 4/29/21. A rep named Denise called me back, told me this order would ship out tonight and I would get a tracking email. It is now 11:38 PM central time. No email, the order has not shipped. This company is advertising for mother's day gifts. They will not get those gifts out. I tried to cancel this order, no luck, and it has not shipped. I don't think my gift will even arrive by Mother's Day. I have ordered from Haband a number of times, never had this trouble. I now see why Bluestem Brands Inc. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 3/2020. This company has become a real disapointment. I will never order from any company Bluestem Brands Inc. has in their portfolio again. This company has not learned from their mismanagement that led to their Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Their poor customer service, slow order fulfillment, and slow shipping out orders is beyond bad. I see them in the near future heading back to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Forget any of the companies Bluestem Brands Inc. owns, unless you have a month or more to wait for your order, if you even get it. Go somewhere else. Walmart will have your order delivered in less than a week, with a lesser free shipping minimum.
Within 3 minutes of placing my order, I tried to cancel the order. 8 days later I was still trying to cancel my order. Customer service gave me a new excuse why 1, my order had not shipped, but would absolutely not cancel. They are a scam. BEWARE.
I ordered from this company for the first time. I ordered a blouse in the color white. I was sent the blouse in the color black. The packing slip states white. In order to exchange or return the blouse, I would have to pay $9.99. I did not make the mistake of sending the wrong color item, I should not have to pay to exchange the item. Customer service was no help, they just repeated that I could use the return label to exchange or return the item and pay $9.99.
The clothes and shoes they sell are reasonably priced and the quality is according with the prices: LOW!
The inconsistency in sizes is very frequent but the worse is the Customer Service.
I placed an order with several items and I received them in a fair time, but they sent me a men's pants instead a woman's Tunic I ordered, I sent it back immediately and after looooong time I'm still waiting for my Tunic.
I was so stupid that I placed another order in the middle of this situation and is taking forever to process my order. I have called several times for my replacement and for my new order and I only get frustration after frustration. It looks like customer service agents are answering the phones just to listen our frustrations because they don't solve any problem and they don't know what to say, only apologies and more apologies. In resume this is the worse company I had to deal with. TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE!
You'll receive your order or a refund... eventually. If all goes well you'll receive your order in approximately 1 month. Usually items are on backorder. In that case you'll have to badger customer service to actually receive the item or receive a refund.
I ordered 3 jackets, I got one jacket, the other two were on back order for a birthday. I then realized would not get here on time, so decided to cancel. The representative said they could not cancel and gave a date of shipping. This meant weeks of additional waiting. This company is the worst, will not be buying again, its too frustrating trying to get straight answers. Buyer Beware!
Total scammers, waited too long 3 weeks, returned next day, they took 10.00 i believe they are scammers
I ordered a cheap/throw-away jacket for yard work. Free shipping sealed the deal.
I was charged for shipping and 2 calls to get it fixed did not get the charge removed.
The jacket was huge. It had no collar, it looked like a T-shirt on top. The zipper didn't work on 3 of 4 tries.
The storm flap didn't have the usual Velcro tabs - it had 3 buttons that had to be buttoned or the flap did flap!
I used their return label to ship back - charged $9.99. Got a refund for the jacket. Total shipping out and back was $16.98.
Lost $17 on the transaction - will go with my regular sources in future.
On 2/12/21 i ordered 7 items. 2 weeks no items. Call Haband, 1 of the items not available ok, send 6 items. 2 more weeks no items. Call to cancel they give me the run around can, t cancel "order is already shipped"they said i would first recieve an e-mail telling me my order has shipped. They did, nt. NEVER AGAIN
I order a robe for my husband for Christmas for months I kept getting cards apologizing for delay. Today I got a letter from the Man and stating my payment through PayPal was declined and to call them to correct it. So I called right away and customer service agent told me he was sorry but they got the order in and I didn't contact them soon enough so my order was canceled and now they don't have any more in stock and I can't place another order because they don't know when they will get anymore in stock! Are you kidding me I have been waiting for months and they cancel my order before I get letter in the mail! Worst customer service ever! Don't buy from them!
Answer: Standard Shipping is USPS (postal service). The shipping cost is based on the amount of your purchase: $5.99 for a purchase under $20, up to $16.99 for over $100. Express Shipping is UPS ground and costs an additional $6. If your order is under $20, Express shipping will cost you $11.99 total.
