Slippers from hell
October 19, 2020

I bought 2 prs of slippers. They were too big. I mean 3 times bigger than i needed. So i copied the label and sent it back... they are charging me 9.99 for the label. No piece of paper costs that much. Then sent me a letter telling me returns are 9.99. I had no idea. So now I am stuck.

Purchased 8 items, overall good for price if you ok with average quality, not washed items yet, liked secret pocket in shirt for carring cash and c. C., passport ext in shirt. Price is very reasonable plus you can get free shipping too

Polite customer service. Women's knit shorts decent quality, but I will shop in person at Walmart or Target to try on. I wear mostly XL but these were HUGE in the waist, inseam. I made the order in August and it was backordered till end of September. Smaller sizes are now backordered till end of October. Not trusting that information. I am not in serious need of these clothes, so lesson learned.
P.S. My housemate LOVES Haband.

Just received my first (unwanted) haband catalogue in the mail. I don't mind my email inbox getting inundated with adds but I really don't need my mail box getting trashed with (unsolicited) wasted paper. Called customer service and had a hard time getting removed. So sorry that I ever ordered from this company.

I've made 5 separate purchases from Haband. During this pandemic, I happen to be making as many purchases as possible. I am also "of a certain age" and wear some of the style sold by Haband. So, of the 5 purchases thaty included one or more items, three purchases were botched. Either they sent the wrong size, the item was defective, or was poorly constructed. After reading some of the reviews (after I experienced the problem), I was afraid to send the stuff BACK for a refund or replacement. There were so many reported counts where the buyer either did not get a replacement or they were charged the $9.99 return shipping fee. I should have stopped buying from they after the 1st snafu... my own fault. Maybe ai can prevent new buyers from making the same mistake. I am out $9.99 return shipping for returning a jacket that arrived with a busted zipper. I am out another $9.99 because I had to return a shirt that was sent in the wrong color

I have been shopping here for man years. I just received 2 turtleneck tops and they are top quality Very true to size No cheap flimsey fabrics. I buy my husband's pants here. He has a way of looking sloppy no matter what he is wearing so I buy him dress pants to wear all of the time. They wear like iron and keep their deep black color. I am a seamstress so I can tell they do not cut corners,, like use cheap thread, cheap pocket construction, and long stitches instead of small for durability. You get to pick the waist size and inseam size, so they fit well, and in proportion. I have also bought many pairs of shoes here for him also. You also get a return label if you want to return but after all of these years I have never returned anything

This company sells good products at a fair price but God help you if you have a problem with an order. They people you speak with speak broken english and cannot understand your problem as you tell them about it I have now been charged for shipping 3 times to return an item when I was told it would be no charge since it was their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item 3 times and still dont have my correct item. I will just throw it out and never use them again. Also many items are not true to size and therein lies the biggest problem.

I do not know what this $25 bill was for. But you billed me two late fees of $39 each for $78.
Total is $108, I paid this so as not to ruin my credit. But you are legal robbers.
I was a frequent buyer, but will never buy again.

They sent me shoes that were not even close to being size 9 1/2... way too small and then had the audacity to charge my credit card $9.99 for sending them back! THIS COMPANY IS BAD... AS YOU CAN SEE NOT EVEN ONE POSITIVE REVIEW!

Haband returns
August 16, 2020

I will no longer be a customer of Haband, because I don't like the way they do business! I received an item that didn't fit so I returned it right away, but because it didn't post before the bill came out I was charged a late fee of $30 and... there is always a return charge of $9.99.

Very unsatisfied customer of many years!

Terrible quality

My husband ordered several pair of pants to get him through the "in between" size while losing weight. He knew that at such low prices that he would not be getting high quality, but had no idea how terrible they would really be. After two washings and a good coat of a Wrinkle spray, the pants still looked like they had just been unfolded. Even a good ironing couldn't get the wrinkles out. Such a disappointment!

Cannot reach any management personnel to help solve the issue. My 94 year old dad has been ordering from Haband for 30 years. Last order turned out to be Nightmare for him. He Wrote on the order form the wrong item number. The description info And the price he provided didn't match the item number. They shipped the item solely using the item number. Because of this, they want him to return the item. But he is home bound and no other person can go to the post office due to COVID 19. Haband insists he pay $12. Stay away from this company especially since the company has filed for chapter 11 in order to wipe out their debt. The company is Bluestem.

On July 4, I ordered a pair of "Poplin Forever" men's pants from Haband. A few hours later, after reading the horrendous reviews of Haband and its products on this and other sites, I emailed Haband, asking that my order be cancelled and my Paypal account credited. The company replied two days later that my order was being processed and could not be cancelled. I then filed a complaint with Paypal, which concluded that there was "no basis" for my complaint, whatever that means. When the pants arrived, I found that Haband's "Poplin Forever" slacks were not poplin (a material of cotton or another natural fiber material) but instead were 100 percent polyester--and the absolute worst quality polyester and most poorly crafted pants I have ever seen. For a $9.99 flat fee, I returned the pants to Haband but filed another complaint with Paypal on the ground that the pants were not (poplin) as advertised. That complaint, I assume, is still under review with Paypal. Meanwhile Haband received the pants and billed my Paypal account for the $9.99 return fee, but has not credited my Paypal account for the return--which means I've now laid out $43.00 for a $21.00 pair of pants and no longer even have the pants. The absolute pits of a company!

I purchased a pair of Duck shoes from Haband last year but didn't start wearing them till a few months age. The elastic that keeps the shoe on started ripping by the second month I wore them. Haband said they have a 90 day warranty so I guess I can just stick these shoes up my@!. I was not going to even write this review till I saw that out of 91 reviews they pretty much suck. If you buy from them, don't expect much warranty or help!

Terrible Company!

I had never done business with Haband until I ordered several pair of Dr Scholl's driving mocs in different sizes, none of which fit and were of substandard quality. The first 2 were returned and I knew there would be a $9.99 charge (which is outragous). The next two came seperately. I tried to cancel the one I had not received but... Too Late! In the meantime I decided to give it one more shot with one pair of yet a different size but no go. Very poor fit. So, I packed up three pair of shoes from 2 different orders in one package. I called Haband to ask if this was ok and did it matter which return label I used. I was told that would be fine, I could use either return label & I would only be billed one return fee. I hsed PayPal for all. Today on my PayPal account there are three $9.99 charges instead of only two and there are no credits for the returned merchandise. I called but was met with "Our policy is blah-blah-blah." and so-forth even after I said I had been told otherwise. She kept telling me each order has their own seperate label & there would be a return charge for each even if items are bundled. Terrible company, terrible customer service. Their products are not worht the trouble. I will never do business with them again.

Haband returns

Worst experience ever. Order was the wrong item so I returned it. They sent the same item again. Each time they charged me $9.99 for postage! Cancelled order after talking to an agent who said they would not refund postage charges even though they shipped the wrong item twice! Beware of returning items to this company.

I purchased a pair of house shoes but didn't wear them for a month or so. The second time I wore them they fell apart. I contacted Haband twice and they ignored me. Now they won't do a return since it is past 90 days. Half of that time was waiting on them. Convenient huh? I gave them a rating of 1 because I couldn't go negative 10
