They don't have a clue how to measure clothing. Pants were labeled as what I ordered but several inches off in both length and waist size.
I ordered medium underwear. What they sent had a medium label but is 38 inches. Thy refused to offer free return or to just simply send a smaller size. Instead they wanted me to package it up and take it for shipping. I explained that this was very difficult form and for them to arrange pick up. They refused.
I found a pair of shoes on this website & ordered WITHOUT becoming a member. Then catalogs started coming. I have a small box at a servicing center to receive mail. I do not NEED nor DESIRE to have it filled with useless catalogs. I informed them on least 2 occasions in various methods, (since you can't seem to email them without being a member) & they have ignored my request to STOP SENDING ME CATALOGS. Just received another yesterday. Hence this review!
This company is stealing everyone's money... stay away from them... DO NOOOOOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE... NOT ONLY ME ******* OF PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM...
I am giving a 1 star as the clothes look decent. I ordered 3 sweat shirt in October 2021. They mailed me 2 of them in October and one did not come until end of November. I tried the first two, they are M size and I am 5' 9" tall. Hands are so long they are covering my fingers. I waited till I received the third item to mail them back together to save one return fee of $9.99. I spoke to Ms. Lee who took the call first and Ms. Karen the supervisor. According both of them my first packet received date has passed 90 days and I must have send it in 2 return packages. I requested them to consider last package delivery date as the date of sale. They were not able to do it. I must have checked their rating of 1.5 stars before purchase
I ordered 2 tops on sat I called Tues to see when my order will be shipped I was told that they only had 1 top and were sold out. I told them to cancel I don't want one without the other the 1st girl I spoke to said it's too late to cancel even if they havent been shipped yet I called back the 2nd person said he will cancel it I asked for a confirmation number he said it will come on my email. Didn't get an email. I called again talk to the 3rd person she said it was canceled and she'll send a email with a conf I didn't get it. Also they advertise you to take a survey after each call that's not true either. I asked where they are from they're from the phillipines from now on when I order on line if they are from the phillipines I will not order anything... after all this... I will never trust them again
It is a shame that I have to give them one star to post my review, they don't deserve even one, it is the worse website ever, all the information in the account is wrong and not updated, you can't find even your order history and they charge you for everything as well, I don't recommend this store to anybody.
Size 10 sizes differ in fit so I just have to quick buying them. People you have make dont follow the sizes like 10 can be fine and the next size 10 is too small. I usually buy 2 at a time and try them on both are 10 but one is too tight. Better check with seamstress.
They call for money all the time, they charge late fees even when payment has been made, no one speaks english, customer reps are very rude, and beleive nothing you tell them, closed my account, will never deal with these scammers again
Customer Service, very poor. I type my orders, double check all, still somebody decides to, switch items, Most customer service people, English is so bad, can not understand,
Get so frustrate with them, this will be my last order.
How does this company stay in business with such poor customer service. If they added a few more people to answer the phone and be more helpful they could make more money.
I have been with Haband for 20 yrs. But now because of the fluctuations in size differences and higher prices I'm an ex consumer.
I was a little worried after reading reviews about late shippments and other complaints. My order arrived sooner then I expected. I made an online order on Monday and it arrived on Thrusday. The 3 blouses I ordered were quality, lovely and true to size. They were also quick to respond to any concerns I had.
We paid off our account with them, but for some reason they started charging late fees to my 95 year old father. So a $40 purchase turned into $200 in late fees even though we paid it. We were able to resolve it eventually, but these folks will try to bleed you dry.
Can't get my refund back. I cancelled my card, they put the money back on it which means they never cancelled at my request. I've been two months wanting a check refund. Only get a run around.
Have been trying to get a $20.00 credit for a pair of pants my 93 year old father returned in December of last year. I have written over six e-mails on his behalf and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried calling several times, forget it! The wait time is a joke. This company has a zero rating when it comes to customer service! Poor way to treat your elderly customers also!
They do not let you cancel your order. After my order being "in process" for 4 weeks I called to cancel the order and told it was to farr along in the process and cannot be canceled. Just terrible! I will never buy anything from them or any one of their other companies. IF YOU WANT THE OPTION OF CANCELING YOUR ORDER DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
I made a order on haband... and canceled order 2 days later... which at time wasn't even processing yet. So I re entered the charge back into checking acct... 4 weeks later they decide to ship and charge my account... so now my acct is all messed up. I'll never do business with haband again
Placed an order 5/16/21 and by 5/28 order still had NOT shipped so I cancelled the order. I was assured by the rep on the phone that the order was cancelled. Then a couple of weeks later part of the order arrived so I called again and was told they don't know what happened but to wait for the remainder of the order to arrive and then return everything. The last item arrived another week or so later and I returned everything on 6/18. After tracking the package, found out they received it on 7/2 and it is now 7/12 and still no refund. I called again and was told they take 4 weeks to process a return and that they are in the process of moving their warehouse (which is the excuse I've heard several times now). How long does it take to move... apparently they have been moving for weeks and weeks? If any company takes 4 weeks to process a return, they should not be in business. On top of which, I told them not to charge me for return shipping as I had cancelled this order so we'll have to wait and see if they can follow instructions. Last but not least their sizes are way off in comparison to store sizes. All three items were huge for XL more like a 2X. Lesson learned!
Used to order from them. Will NEVER EVER AGAIN! Ordered items June 2nd it's now July 9th and still in process. Clothes poorly made, not like before. Can't cancel the order since it's in process. Wish I used a gift card so that I could have spent the money. Oh well hopefully by the time they get to me, the items will be out of stock. SO DISAPPOINTED!

Express Shipping is UPS ground and costs an additional $6. If your order is under $20, Express shipping will cost you $11.99 total.
