They draw you in by making it look like you're booking directly with the hotel, but you're not. Next thing you know you're stuck with MASSIVE booking fees and there's no warning until you're through the booking process. I tried to cancel my reservation and they showed no remorse. I was had. $50 fees down the drain on an $84 hotel reservation. Complete bastards.

Their URL makes you think your making the reservation with the hotel when in fact your not. They added a $50 service fee to the total without notifying me and then refused to refund the charge had to initiate a dispute with my CC company. I made a seperate reservation by calling the hotel which was 30% cheaper than what guest reservations was billing me. Beware

Talked with customer service about canceling my reservation and no one would help and was hung up on! Twice! Highly do not recommend. Taxes and fees were half the amount of the room aswell!

This company is a fraudulent rip off! I am a pretty savvy travel purchaser... this one got me. I was in a hurry... but always go to direct hotel site to book! Thought I had... my booking came to $422.00, I was charged $638.00... over 200.00 service fee! That is over 50% booking fee. My fault for not paying closer attention. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau... how many have been charged and had trips ruined?

You think you are going directly through the hotels website and then you don't get to verify your purchase total and you get charged outrageous fees. This is a scam! I don't understand how they have any good ratings at all. I was charged $65 in taxes and fees that when I got to the hotel I was told they would not have charged me. My $130 room was suddenly $195. Scam scam scam!

Paid $100 more booking through you for one night rather then going directly through hotel. I was also told that the pet fee was included in price and was charged extra on arrival. Not impressed and $#*! you.

Watch out because tbey obviously pay to pop up first and seem like you ate on the hotel website then you get smacked with a huge fee they did not warn you about. Deceptive business practices

Fast and smooth

System was totally confusing, the first notice I had of the refund of my cancelled reservation at Gatwick was on my credit card statement, and the deduction for the Heathrow reservation likewise. Considering I paid the extra for the privilege of being able to cancel, was more than a little surprised to see the monies being taken now.
