It was absolutely horrible. The pillows were the size of a small couch pillow. The remote didn't work and we had to go to the front desk 4 times to get it fixed. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The beds were horrible and everyone woke up with a backache. We had to the front desk 4 times before they got us more towels and pillows. We ended up folding a blanket to use as a pillow
My sister & i are both seniors nearing 70s & we were given a nice adjoining room which the receptionist 'Grace' assured us that it is safe & no one will open it. But lo & behold while we are taking the afternoon nap, we heard the adjoining doorknob & some knocking as if someone was trying to get in. It was like 1:30pm & lasted 2-3mins & we were shouting at our side of the door that our room is occupied. We called the lobby & reported it.
Then at 3pm, while resting we heard a continuous knock at outside door alternating with doorbell. We said 'WAIT WERE COMING' bec we hav to dress decent & when we open the door... no one was around... we reported the issue again & they daid they will make an investigation. I said when can we rest? This is supposed to be our vacation? Grace said that she was the one who rang/knocked the door & the one trying to open the adjoining door was the housekeeper? Hello? Aren't they trained well not to disturb their guests? 😮💨
And when i said we will not go back to their hotel Grace arrogantly said "OK LANG". Huwow... how arrogant can she be? When in fact I paid Php93k+ for 2rms. Never again🤨😱😖😫

I thought I was on the hotel's website and paying €200 for my reservation, but I was charged €300 to pay various hidden "taxes," listed in tiny print on the webpage. On top of that, there are bank fees for payments made outside my region.
And the moment you confirm the payment, it's impossible to cancel. Contacting the employees of guestresevation.com is a waste of time; they are dishonest, and their scam is well-orchestrated.

We booked the Emerald Ho Tram Resort in Vietnam, from the Oct 12–16. This was a terrible experience, after a long-delayed flight, we got to the hotel. It takes close to 4 hours, by car to get to the hotel from the airport, we wouldn't have fussed so much, but my wife was feeling really sick and this made everything worst. So we tried cancelling the booking and get some sort of refund because it was for 4 days and we are cancelling the whole booking, but no one helped us sort this matter professionally. The staff were rude, hung up on us few times, it's truly terrible service. We spoke to a person called Mike or Jimmy or something like that, he was rude and he was very unprofessional. We paid close to $600 for this and didn't even get proper help or customer service.

Terrible Experience, My Bag Was Stolen and No Help from Staff
I had a horrible experience during my stay at this hotel my luggage was stolen right from the lobby, and when I asked the staff for help, they showed no concern at all. They refused to check or show me the security camera footage and didn't make any effort to help me find my bag.
I expected at least some basic assistance or empathy, but instead I was treated like it wasn't their problem. Losing my belongings was stressful enough, and the hotel's complete lack of support made it even worse.

We arrived on Oct 31st. No air conditioning in the living room, only in the bedroom. We could not find channels on TV with the app and the QR code. The bed was not confortable, it kept opening in the middle. On the next day we asked to have more water in the room but we didn't, we had to refill the bottles we used before. Twice we went to the front desk to arrange to have access to the container for my husband's bike he kept there for the race on the next day. We couldn't get a straight answer each time. Finally we have been told that the container's key would be with the security guard early on the morning of the race. It wasn't! An employee arrived early and saved us. All that stress could of been avoided with professionnal staff and better communication. We left our bracelets with the employee who helped us. We went to this resort to relax and we got more stressed then when we arrived. Hopefully this review will help for improvement.

They charged me 55 euros more than the price advertised without telling me. Turns out they booked my hotel via Booking.com. Their website made it look as though I was I was booking directly through the hotel.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience
The front desk clerk, Mari, handled my check-in very poorly. She refused to honor my confirmed reservation, quoted inconsistent parking rates, and gave my prepaid room to another guest at a higher price. I paid $180; the new guest was told the rate was $300. Mari even said, "Give me a few minutes and the room will be available," making it clear she was reselling my room.
We had called the day before and spoken to the same employee, who said there would be no issue checking in under my name. My husband had already added me to the reservation. However, when I arrived, Mari refused to let me check in, refused to let me use the restroom, and made me wait an hour — even though she opened the restroom for three other guests waiting to check in.
I explained that I wasn't feeling well, needed the room I had already paid for, and needed to use the restroom. She said that was not her problem. Expedia added me to the reservation within minutes, but Mari then claimed my booking had "disappeared." Expedia was still on chat and offered to speak with her directly, but she ignored them and instead insisted parking was $35 (my confirmation said $10, and the guest before me was charged $10). When I pointed that out, she said, "You know what, I'm not checking you in. I'm refunding you."
Even if this is a 2-star motel, hospitality should still mean something. Mari needs serious customer service training — and to learn how to communicate politely and respectfully with guests. Her behavior was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
I have stayed here for years because of its proximity to Dodger Stadium, but never again. I recorded the situation and hope management takes action. Guests deserve honesty, fairness, and basic respect. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I had a job interview today at 12 for a Houskeeping position. I showed up about 10 minutes early for it and I get there and sit and wait about 10 minutes to only find out that the person that was supposed to be interviewing me isn't there. Yes I get people have things going on in their personal lives and things can happen. But I drove 40+ minutes for this just to get turned away. There was no communication whatsoever so I didn't have to waste my gas driving over there for nothing. If I got a phone call or an email stating something earlier in the day then that would have been fine. But finding out after I drove over 40 minutes to get there is ridiculous.

They may not be an actual scam, but they are scam-adjacent. As with all the other 1-star reviews, I got caught in their scammy web, making a reservation on my phone. I located the hotel I wanted to stay at via Google Maps, not realizing that the Map link would send me, not directly to the hotel, but to this bunch of crooks. Their website looks identical to the website of the hotel (where I had stayed before), but I was in a hurry and didn't triple check. I booked for 3 nights, knowing we might check out early, which we did. I noticed later that we had been charged for all 3 nights and a hefty service fee. Again, some of this is on me. But they went through every effort to delude me into thinking I was dealing directly with the hotel. They are almost impossible to get on the phone. I finally talked to a live person, who promised a return call from a supervisor, which I never received and now the phone number on my confirmation email has been disconnected. I've given up. Instead of wasting time and energy on trying to reach them, I am reaching out instead to my fellow consumers and begging you to be more careful than I was. I'm also hoping that, when the inevitable class action suit against them is formed, the lawyers will reach out to me. I would be delighted to be a party to it.

Unfortunately, I made a reservation through this website, and although it clearly stated that free cancellation was available, this was never honored, and I was charged a significant amount of money. Even though I canceled the reservation immediately and well within the allowed cancellation period, the amount was still charged to my bank account. While the representatives of the website insisted that the hotel had withheld the amount and that this was the reason a refund could not be issued, the hotel officially confirmed in writing that they had not received any payment. The website, of course, ignored my emails and never explained why the charge was made despite the claim on their site that free cancellation was possible until a specific date. I believe this is an attempt to deceive customers, and people should be very cautious when using this site.

Brooked as looked a good price. I thought I was on the official hotel site as it looked like it. In very small print which is easy to miss (I did) they charge 50% for recovered taxis and service charges. Next time I will make sure I am on the official website for the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing: The receptionist, Angelina, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the check-in and out time process, she told me "Don't argue with me". She clearly lacks courtesy and proper customer service skills. The price of the hotel is very high compared to the quality offered. The furniture is outdated and really needs renovation. Cleanliness was not up to standard. On several occasions, I found hair on the towels. I specifically requested a double bed, but they gave me two single beds pushed together instead. Positive side: The restaurant in the lobby was excellent. The staff there were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Final opinion:
Despite the great restaurant experience, I would never book this hotel again and I do not recommend staying here.

Guestreservations website has created a similar website than the Seehotel Pilatus in Switzlerand to confused customer. I thought I was connecting wrontly direclty to a subcontractor of the hotel which is not the case. Guestreservations charged me 154USD as services fees while going finally through Booking.com. They advertise a low rate but when payment is made, a huge fee is added. To rush you through and be less careful, they will set a time limit for you to complete the booking.
